There are a couple of other ways too.
Epinephrine leads to increased urine flow.

And Cortisol reduces Anti-Diuretic Hormone (ADH).

“Cortisol has a negative feedback effect on ADH”
Lower ADH = more pee pee
So even before you get to the point of having low aldosterone., high adrenaline and high cortisol both lead to frequent urination.
In fact, I think they are even more important.
Back in 2011, after doing lots and lots of meditation, I stopped urinating frequently. But I still craved salt, and when I did HTMA, my sodium was low.
So I really think the frequent urination is a sign of stress even more than it is of low aldosterone.
