Okay so I have a doctors appointment next Thursday the 10th.
Going to get blood work down to check for Thyroid problems as I'm struggling to gain weight at the moment.
But I am starting to think everything is getting clogged/backed up.
For awhile I was getting pain under my right rib cage. I thought it was my liver since I have Hep C but now realizing it might of been gallbladder pain.
I have dark bags under my eyes regardless of how much I sleep and feel out of it.
I started pulsing with my silver pulser and had some success with removing something (Candida?) from my bowels.
I also recently ate cilantro and got bad brain fog (Possibly stirred up something that passed my brain blood barrier, Mercury or the garlic I got brain fog from 2 months ago. I do not have fillings).
So I want to start doing The Clark Flush . Starting with parasites then flushing the liver.
I have some serious questions though due to my state of health

Is that the best flush kit to purchase in terms of quality, items?
Since I have Hep C is any of this toxic to the liver? If so would you say this is bad to use since my liver has Hep C and possible bile duct issues?
How do I find out if I'm allergic to epsom salt? I have bought some Epsom Salt from CVS and taken baths numerous times. Never once did I have a break out. However it does scare me doing 4TBlsp of that stuff. I don't wanna die lol.
Has anyone used this kid? How was your results
Also I will be purchasing BioPure Chlorella. Is it okay to take the Chlorella with this cleanse?
Will anything interfere?
Also can I PH balance with Baking Soda or do a PH Balance protocol with this?
If anyone could answer all the questions I would appreciate it so much. I want to start as soon as possible because I feel something is going on with my body. And I want to go with my bodys signal that it needs help and start the cleanse and flush as soon as possible.
I have been herxing from doing my normal pulsing and good eating. I have been scared to do the flush but I think it's time now =[.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,022,2942 squeezed lemons mixed with an equal amount of olive oil will be much gentler than the Epsom Salts if you are concerned about it. Take it on an empty stomach, lie on your right side with a heating pad. Pulling your knees up like the fetal position will open up the ducts to let any stones through. Take it before you go to bed and you should get relief from the gallbladder pain. I have done many Epsom Salt flushes and it does get rid of the pain within an hour. It is rather rough on the digestive tract though and you will need to be near a toilet for a day or two. Either one will be helpful.
PS I have found even 1TBSP of epsom mixed with 8oz warm water and some juice for flavor will relieve a GB attack within an hour or less.

This is a reply to # 2,022,294You really don't need to purchase that expensive kit. Three of the items are for the parasite cleanse (cloves, Wormwood , blk walnut) and you can buy those mixed together and get all 3 for about $20. Epsom Salts is a very common laxative available in a big bag in any grocery store for about $2 and people have been taking it for this purpose for decades, so while it tastes nasty it won't hurt you. I've done many successful flushes and never taken ornithine, so apparently that's not necessary for good results.
My first flush (7 day apple juice, Epsom Salts , olive oil and grapefruit) made me feel quite sick. After reading Clark's advice I did a parasite cleanse (I used a capsule called Paraclear that had all 3 herbs in it) and all my subsequent flushes made me feel much better, so in my experience the parasite cleanse is a good way to start.
The Epsom Salts open up the bile ducts so stones can pass, so it's risky to skip that step. Similarly, apple juice softens the stones so they can pass easily. I know Hulda Clark and Andreas Mortiz have very similar flush instructions so pick one and follow it closely. Your first flush may well shake up a lot of toxins and leave you feeling weak for a few days, but once you get the cleansing process going that will go away. At least that's what happened for me. I've done about 18 flushes 3 weeks apart over a year and am symptom free to the point where I don't feel the need to do it any more.- Re: I'm ready to start flushing... W... crane23

Would you be able to direct me to where I can find the ingredients cheaper?
If not I'll grab that kit and follow Clarks flush to a T.
The only thing I might change up a little is the Epsom Salt or try something else to relax the gallbladder.
Maybe start with 2 TBSP.
I know for sure that I'm experiencing SPRUE my body isn't absorbing nutrients the way it's supposed to and I wanted to remove metals from the body.
This is why I wanted to incorporate the Chlorella. Vits/Mins etc.
I also was reading that drinking RO water can actually rob your body of nutrients and minerals.
It's the same with growing plants to be honest. Distilled water and RO water actually takes nutes from the plant.
So now I'm trying to find water that I can buy at the store that will be more beneficial.
With the rise of methane/Hydrogen sulfide and radiation it just scares me to drink anything like Poland spring or another bottled water that might have fluoride.

I suggest you start drinking apple juice, and a few days from now, you do a liver flush.
And DON'T tell your doctor about gall bladder pain.
I myself wouldn't say anything about it.
Because then, using fear, he will likely RUSH you to surgery, to surgically remove your gall bladder.
And then, you're going to be handicapped for the rest of
your life. You won't be able to process any lipids (fat).

There are other flushes, too, but if you

Nope, if you use a sufficient quantity
of Epsom Salt, the flushes will do you a
world of good.

Lots of people, including me, have done
liver flushes. And everyone lived. And
everyone has benefited from the flushes.
However, let me add. You need to follow
the exact procedure that Clark set out.
If you get sloppy, if you don't pay
attention to the timing and the other
minor things that Clark mentions, your
flush will be only a half-success.
However a "half-success" is still
better than a plain and simple
"no flush".

I have never had alcohol not even a sip of alcohol due to my Hep C.
Alcohol is really bad for the liver, Especially with Hep C
It's something we stay away from.
Is there an alternative to the Walnut I can do due to the Alcohol in the tincture?

This "wormwood" product appears to be a red herring/distraction with the potential of making you postpone your Liver Flush you badly need.
Yes, I agree. There are many Wormwood products on the market. Some are tinctures, some are not. And takes time to make the right choice to get the right product, and to pay the right price.
My first choice would be no Wormwood at all. Regardless who wrote the //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp
page, I would simply ignore the part where it says "wormwood".
A) I would ignore it partly because it complicates things.
B) Partly because it's just a "nice to have" part of the Clark formula.
C) Partly because it is not an absolute necessity. FYI, if you read the "Cure for all diseases" book by Clark, the only ingredients of the Liver Flush are as follows (and I'm quoting her word by word):

That's why I posted the Kroeger Wormwood combination.
For the parasite cleanse it asks for Wormwood , Cloves, And Black-Walnut .
Clark says

Wormwood (from the Artemisia shrub)
Common Cloves (from the clove tree)
For the parasite cleanse.
So instead of individually buying them. Does the Kroeger give the correct amounts and stuff I need to parasite cleanse?

It sounds like you want to postpone the flush, and do it ONLY until after the full parasite flush, which can take several months.
However, unless you buy every herb and every tincture from the site of a specialist --- like the late Hulda Clark and/or any of her family members or associates -- you can't expect the sellers/vendors to give you any guidance or customization as to what you need and why and in what quantities.
I'm not trying to suggest you give your business to Hulda Clark and Company. I don't benefit from this plug in any way or shape.
If you wish I could copy for you the details of the Hulda Clark parasite program from the " The Cure For All Diseases " by Hulda Clark.

Wormwood 200-300 mg 90 Capsules parasites Cleanse (Artemisa Absinthium), Organic from RBC
Cloves 100 Veggie Caps, Kroeger Herb Co from RBC
And Nature's Answer, Black-Walnut Hulls, Alcohol-Free, 1 fl oz (30 ml)from IHERB
Once I get them in the mail I'm going to start doing the parasite cleanse.
The protocol seems pretty straight forward up for 14 days.
Then it looks like its once a week for dosage at which that time I will start to do my Liver flush..
However if you could help me.
on the parasite page it looks like she's asking for 7 capsules of Wormwood starting at day 13?

We want to be perfectionists, but we don't have to be.
Step 1. IDEALLY we do the parasite cleanse first, and it can take anywhere from one to several months.
Step 2. THEN ideally we drink apple juice for up to two weeks, which is another 2 weeks.
Step 3; THEN ideally we do not eat any fats for a few days, followed by a fast of up to 10 hours. And this means another 2-4 days.
Step 4: AND THEN and only then would we do the liver
flush.
However, if everyone did the first 3 steps I've just described, very few of us would have the resolution and will power to follow through and start the most important part, i.e. the liver flush.
In other words, the Wormwood tincture is nice, and can't hurt if you include it. However, it is debatable if it really helps the flush. If it helps YOU, then feel free to add it, if you wish. Personally, I've never needed it.
However, if you really-really want to do it right, you might want to do the full parasite cleanse -- even if it takes several months. Remember, if it is worth doing, it is worth doing it well.
For your situation, I suggest your step #1 is liver cleanse with lots of Epsom Salt.

This is a reply to # 2,022,534So I got my parasite cleanse stuff today..
I found out Wormwood is a neurotoxin and not good to use at all.
So now I have cloves and Black-Walnut hulls. Which I haven't fully researched yet.
However I'm starting to take your advice and think I should flush my liver asap.
I noticed I have Arcus Senilis - Cholesterol build up around the edges of my brown eyes (In the inside around the whites, It's a blue ring)
So I assume my liver isn't digesting cholesterol correctly.
Also, I noticed I have absolutely no body fat and my stools are floating (Sign that fat is not being digested)
And as much as I wanted to parasite cleanse, I don't think I have the time since I'm losing weight( 131 from 145)
So I think it's time to flush.
Is there an alternative to the Epsom Salt to flush out stones and get bile moving in the liver? Can I use maybe 2 TBLs of epsom instead of 3-4?
Can I use Cloves/Black walnut hulls with the espom salt to maybe rid any parasites while I flush?
Do I need to do an enema to get the stones out?
I need to get my bile ducts working again I fear I'm losing too much body fat.
