I am wondering if anyone here has been taking any probiotics?
I started taking Bio-Kult about 9 days ago. These were left over from last year. I felt my intestinal flora was not quite right after passing this biofilm sludge for almost a month straight. This started happening when I increased the digestive enzymes to 3 per meal. I just recently reduced them to 2 per meal.
Since adding the probiotic I have had a real surge of energy. In the GAPS book by Natasha Campbell-McBride she claims it takes about 6 months of high dose probiotics to remove the pathogenic gut flora. I suspect this is what is holding me back. I'm going to try this. This has really made a big difference for me.
I am also doing the NB program. I would say I have improved about 70% but really want vibrant health.
