I'm wondering how difficult it would be to build your own pulsed electromagnetic field generator? One that operated in the 10 to 15 Hz range.

I use the SC-1A as a PEMF like device... for those that have a SC-1A or similar device.

Yes, If I have insomnia, I'll run 3.9 Hz for the whole night or I'll run it until I get tired and then turn it off before going to bed.
Regarding your other question, what I mean is that I've always used the SC-1A/magic bean like I would a plasma device. I'll sit next to the SC-1A/magic bean for long periods of time and/or will have it a couple feet away from me when I'm sleeping.
Of course the SC-1A/magic bean also works at a distant as well like subspace or via cords as Eastern medicine talks about but when used this way it appears to be more subtle or takes longer or similar.
It's been mentioned before but no frequencies leave the SC-1A and I've tried getting a reading on my expensive multi meter but nevertheless, I primarly try to use it as one would a plasma device.
FWIW, I primarly had lyme for most of my life which later turned into neuro lyme/CCSVI issues. Because I had it for so long, traveling, doctors putting me on steroids, D3 supplement, etc. I had a "huge" amount of co-infections. I think I had most of them, lol. After about 1 or 1 1/2 years of using the F-165/SC-1A almost 24/7 and sleeping next to it a large majority of the time it appears I eradicated most of the pathogens by using newport's frequencies, then CAFL and Sutherland's frequencies as well as the doctrine.
I later built a Doug Coil as it's been mentioned to be the most powerful machine for lyme and I don't herx from it and therefore it appears the F-165/SC-1A eradicated most of my pathogen issues.
Anyhow, my point is I do recommend to have the bean close by and it appears it gives the fastest or strongest or similar benefits this way. Then when I'm away from the bean, I'll let the bean do it's thing via subspace, energy cords or whatever. I will ask the frequencies to be sent to me for the next 24 hours as I've been taught in Eastern medicine to do.
But again, when I mean PEMF like device I mean to have the SC-1A close to me when I sleep which you should notice the effects when doing this.

Can anyone please tell me what "the doctrine" is? where can I learn about it? I know newport is a good guy here, I have heard of the CAFL, I have heard of Sutherland too, but what is "the doctrine"?
I'm considering the F-165, maybe the F-170. Where can I go to get good info on the purchase before I do?
I'd also like to get a plasma device (something to get into bones)....but I'm getting my feet wet here.
I'm "new" and interested in this forum the most. Any and all help is appreciated and will be remembered! (as long as the chemtrails dont make me forget...again...I think)

but if your above statement is true, how then you get the 3.9 frequency???

I got rid of the majority of the pathogens too, except in last few weeks I got somewhat stuck and nothing what I try is really working
NP suggested to run 39.7 over the footpads which I did for several days but even that did not help - I am really rather down because of this situation and almost getting to the point of "unbeliever", not believing the SC-1A is helping

maybe I'll try to place SC-1A closer to me, I used to have it very close but then since I am using T2 especially overnight, it actually helps me to fall asleep, there was a discussion going on earlier on this forum that T2 if it's too close to a bean might cancel the bean's effectiveness; so ever since I moved the bean more far away
I tried to run several frequencies that I identified as needed with the footpads but again, all of these efforts did not make much difference. I feel still thick mass of something all over my body and can't get rid of that and am no longer sure what it is as my dowsing is nil/zero lately, I got in a very strange point, and don't know how to get back on track, because before I had rather several successes getting rid of several pathogens that I had
any ideas how to break through this "wall" that I reached would be very much appreciated

I think the T2 is a good choice regarding the info I posted above. Here is a quote from above. "5 Hz and 15 Hz doubling cell regeneration while 10 Hz quadruped it." The T2 runs at 15 Hz.

What I mean is that if you take an expensive multimeter you can't get a reading from the SC-1A. At least I can't. If you take something like a Doug Coil and I'm sure a plasma device although I don't own one yes, it definitely picks up the frequency your running.
This doesn't mean it doesn't work. I'd be the first one to tell you the SC-1A works extremely well. In fact, I've had someone walk close to the SC-1A while it was running and within a few seconds of running one of newports scripts, they got a very bad headache, uncomfortable, etc. within seconds and didn't know why from just walking in the room.
While it may not be accurate it's the way I think of it is that when your very close to the SC-1A it's within your aura and therefore you get treated. Some days the aura may be a little smaller and will need the SC-1A closer while other days the aura may be larger and doesn't need to be so close to you. Based on Eastern medicine what works on the aura will work on the physical body. What works on the physical body will also work on the aura. This is accurate in my experience.
How the SC-1A works at a distance I think of it as an energetic cord. There is some info in google regarding cords. How cords get attached from one person to the next and similar causing problems. In fact, one of the reasons why some people are ill is because of this. I think most people have experienced just by being around someone they feel very drained, they get tired more easily, etc.. Well, this also happens on a very large scale and why it's important to remove these energetic cords.
That's why it's also important to keep in mind going to forums such as this where a lot of people are in ill health can drain you a bit unless you close yourself off and keep yourself at a distance.

One can even hang around healthy people and their health will rub off on to you a bit as well. Children are a perfect example. Same can be done in other areas such as for money problems. Anyhow, I can't think of any others right now I'm sure there are other things to help you get over the plateau but the above is very good.

I knew mycotoxins was in some foods like corn and peanut butter and such but I had no idea that it's in so many foods... almost all grains, processed foods and is stored in the fat of animals (unless grass fed)... even butter, milk, etc..
Sad how China's regulation is better than the US and Europe here.

Now I'm supersensitive to any mold issues.I have found that ALL bread is moldy. No exceptions. The tortilla shells in the freezer section are mostly okay, or at least they are many, many times better than bread As far as the mold issue goes
I could go on and on, but basically I agree that many, many prepackaged foods are definitely moldy. Krackers, chips, cookies, etc. etc. etc.

Further, IMO, a pulsing magnet has specific benefits outside of the frequency being used.
The pulsing magnet and the frequency are two seperate benefits IMO. The pulsing magnet is just the delivery mechanism of the frequency being used which the bigger the magnet the further it will push the frequency in the body.
But again, the frequency has it's own benefits outside of what's being used to send it. Brainwave entrainment would be big here.
The upside is the SC-1A does not have a penetration problem IMO so you don't need a huge pulsing magnet to get the frequency deep in the body. The downside using the SC-1A this way is you don't get the benefits of a pulsing magnet.
But again, a pulsing magnet and the frequency are two seperate benefits in PEMF IMO and why I mentioned the SC-1A as being PEMF like.

I'm not sure you can call it a pulsed electromagnetic field generator. Yes, it has a magnet… But is there any pulsing electric field associated with it? if you don't get a reading on your multi meter, then I'll have to assume The answer is no. Therefore it's not a pemf
