I would simplify it; I have done this a few times when I tried to cover to much in one go.

If you believe you have parasites; consider the king of all; bloodroot. Glaxony knows this herb, I have tried it and it is powerful to say it the least.

Apart from that follow the Iodine protocol for a year and see what happens.
Borax; internally, low and steady, for the candida.
Simplify your regimen and stay with it for months is my best advice for now.

I saw from one of the posts that you took Mag/Calc. If you still do I would drop the Calc.
Vitamin C; have you tried ascorbic acid 3-6 grams daily?

Focus on digestion; if leaky gut go gluten free for a while; Wombat has had some exellent posts about it.

Digestion; try Betaine HCL before your biggest meals, see if there is an improvement, in that case your stomach acid is not working well. A simple test is to eat raw beetroot; if your digestion works well nothing happens, if it doesnt work well your urine will be colored red.

Last thing; consider homeopathy as it could cover your 50 + uses of Antibiotics and the early onset of / maybe the reason for your problems; but you will need a very good and experienced homeopath for this (digging so deep in your history is to heavy duty to do on your own)
