Chili peppers are great sources of vitamin C and bioflavonoids, which help promote collagen and elastin formation. Collagen strengthens the blood vessels while elastin gives them elasticity. Sufficient levels of both in the veins help prevent the veins from varicosing.
I've thrown the aleeve in the trash!!
Good!!!! NSAIDS like Aleve are extremely dangerous drugs.
I'm now taking daily doses of diatomaceous earth (for the silica), gelatin (for the collagen), and glutathione (reduced Jarrow's formula) for the inflammation to help with my sciatica.
Have someone check your hips from the front and the back to make sure that they are aligned. They just get down to waist level and place their fingers on the top of both hip bones. Their fingers should be level with each other. If one side is high then the hips are tilted, which is a common cause of sciatica.
But what about it´s effect as a "vein enlarger or relaxer" (I don´t know the english for "vasodilatador" in portuguese)?
A vasodilator is a blood vessel relaxer.
But varicose veins are not caused by relaxation of the veins but rather a loss of elasticity. You know how your underwear will not stay up when the elastic wears out and the waist band stretches? This is like what happens with varicose veins. The veins lose their elasticity and the veins stretch out and stay stretched out, called varicosing.
Normal, healthy veins will relax and contract as needed controlling blood flow.
Also I´d like to know how come that being a vasodilator and also blood thinner chili peppers are successfully used to stop bleeding? It has to regulate pressure to do that.
The reason chili peppers act as a blood thinner is because they are very high in natural aspirin (salicylates). But they are also a fiber source and fibers act as a coagulant when in direct contact with the blood. Other insoluble fiber sources can also be applied to open wounds to stop bleeding.
So the many friends I know who also attest to it´s efficiency in RAISING their low blood pressure must also be right.
But how can a vasodilator and blood thinner regulate low or high pressure and not just high pressure? Can it be because of some special sinergy?
Cayenne is good for dilating primarily superficial blood vessels, but to a much less extent deeper primary blood vessels. This will still lower blood pressure though, just not very strongly.
Most of cayenne's blood pressure regulating effects actually stem from the support of the adrenals by cayenne. The adrenal glands regulate blood pressure by the excretion or blockage of epinephrine release and by regulation of water balance in the body.
Also how come chilis are used succesfully for many stomach issues like gastritis and ulcers and even GERD, if it is an irritant?
Gastritis is inflammation of the stomach lining. Again the adrenals control the body's inflammation through the production and release of corticosteroids.
As for GERD, GERD is caused from fermentation due to a lack of stomach acid. Cayenne pepper increases stomach acidity.
I thank you for the answers.
Also, changing subjects completely, what sites do you usually use and recommend for researching scientific papers and articles from?
For medical journal abstracts Medline (PubMed) is your best bet:

What is your view on Mineral Oil?
Besides the obvious Vit C, the main thing is to start to have 2-3 bowel movements a day, at least temporarily until they are healed right?
Mineral oil, also used as a baby oil, is bad both inside and out. On the skin it plugs the pores of the skin, dehydrates the skin and robs nutrients from the skin.
Internally it is a laxative, but it also robs the body of fat soluble vitamins.
Is it safe to take inulin fiber?
Yes.
If I would take herbs 20 minutes before fiber, would that be ok?
Yes, inulin can be taken before meals or with meals.
What about sodium docusate?
That is a stool softener. It is not going to treat varicose veins, but it can help prevent them by reducing straining during bowel movements.
Does inulin act as a prebiotic?
Yes, both FOS and inulin are prebiotic fibers.
