After Willowley and I spending $80 and ordering the Echinacea Symposium (that was supposed to be full of all the trials, results & evidence of using Echinacea at Chernobyl and showing how effective it was)...I finally received the "Echinacea Symposium" binder.
It was full of all the amazing credentials and the 'Curriculum Vitae' of all the presenters (impressive) and all of the outlines of what they were going to present. The rest was nothing but copies of the varioius Power Point slides, but contained NOTHING of the actual data that was presented along with the slides. There were all kinds of 'outlines' and 'general topics' on the copies of all the Power Point shots, but as you know - when presenting a PowerPoint presentation, the "meat" and all of the details are in what is said along with them, not just the 'outline' that is presented on each slide.
So, I sent it back to AHPA for a refund :( And yeah, I'm none too pleased :( :( :(

So per your other post, I was going to add an additional 5mg of valium before bed, so 15mg at night, 10mg in morning. for a few weeks an see how i feel. while continuing x4 daily if2 and my if1. I havent felt "stable" yet for a length of time. I think I need that before i try to start cleansing.
i'm still wearing of the superfood an juicing, but maybe it was just cause i'm not stable.
Now i have to worry about radiation. What exactly do i do, i cant very well take the tincture of echinicea and the if2 and try to stabilize on only 25mg.
I'm gonna start small with the juicing again and see what happens.
before the IF1 and IF2 I was able to go out of the house for a few days, then i started cleansing., now i'm scared an depressed again an losing hope. So i think i shoulda stablized for more than a week.
I'll be using Celery more. all i've eaten today is brown rice, scared to eat anything else.Advertisement

yeah, magnesium is great; calcium (lots of dark leafy greens,) Epsom Salt baths, and nutritional or brewer's yeast... All the usual good stuff would be the general thing to do, and also very good to do in this Japan 'event'.
The good news is, the whole program Uny promotes is good for
whatever comes along.
B vitamins = stress-reducers. Kombucha, nutritional yeast...

This is a reply to # 1,791,120...this forum is based on truly NATURAL healing. There's nothing natural about any substance be isolated/fractionated away from all it's natural occurring co-factors in a laboratory and stuffed into a capsule. They all have the potential to cause harm in some way or another. So we don't use them here.
You'd likely feel better if you took more Valium, or had a couple of shots of tequila too...but that doesn't make it natural or good for you. And just like isolated/fractionated substances, it's going to cause more symptoms down the line.
No harm no foul ('not mad or anything) - just wanted to remind you of that.

Hi,
As long as I don't get "very" loose bowels, I seem to be fine without magnesium. I took Mg for many years, but it really seemed like I was taking it for nothing for a long time, and this program made me realize that I didn't really need it after all. I really do believe I'll be just fine without Mg, and the more I stay on this healing plan, the better off I'll be.
I have 3 big boxes of supplements that I haven't touched in months that are going to the dumpster sooner or later. Uny has all the answers I need to nourish my body. I don't need all that garbage. I'm done eating ground up shells and rocks and synthesized isolated substances.
Time for my morning fresh juice with superfoods and organic herbs.

The 'echinacea symposium' sounds like your standard allopathic-modeled (even if it's "natural") rip-off. too bad. What a disppointment that so many people mainly want to package a thing using graphs and charts. zzz. reminds me of the desktop publishing craze of the early 90's. The world is inundated with junk, and junk graphics.
What about chaga? I was looking around at all the birches today--didn't find any; this is what I feel we will need a little while in. But it's so important people don't go nuts and rape the forest of it.
I'm seriously wondering though, what will help with the (potential) plutonium, of which a mere particle is enough to do a person in. That's the big concern (uhm coverup) in the reactor number three, with its MOX fuel. Plutonium has a "half life" (an absurd concept, imv)of 24,000 years or some such. Coorect me please, if I'm wrong. What are we even DOING with nuclear power, when we don't know how to get close enough to it to 'fix it'?
(Two weeks in, and the US is "sending robots". Does it seem like there's stuff we're all in the dark about? why the wait? What do others know that the masses don't?)
Question:
What do you think can be put in the nostrils as a sort of barrier, if any such thing is even of use? Coconut oil with..? Something with slippery elm? Clay? My nose, for the past few weeks has been getting very raw and crusty inside. I am the proverbial 'canary'... Was thinking there might be some value in a nasal glop, that you could then blow out, after walking around outside. Would that be any help? I like to take long walks--breathe deep; the last while, have noticed almost everyone is staying indoors. It's quite spooky.

I take organic kelp powder, I get Iodine in Irish Moss herb, I add kelp flakes to my saldas, and superfoods has it, I think. Do you think we need more Iodine than this?

This is a reply to # 1,791,265In the event of massive amounts of radiation, I do not know. If one's thyroid is sufficiently saturated in SSKI , the thyroid will not absorb radioactive iodine. I believe the body would have to be drug/chemical free and have utilized bentonite/charcoal to detoxify the terrain deeply for quite awhile (to remove residual fluoride & bromide, both of which displace iodine) before the thyroid would ever be sufficiently saturated with natural iodine.

I once was VERY familiar and up-to-date on the use of isolated iodine/iodide, but since choosing not to use isolated/fractionated substances, I am totally 'out of the loop' as far as being able to provide solid information.
Personally? It would have to be a VERY large amount of radiation before I'd utilize my bottle of Lugols (1/2 Iodine 1/2 iodide) because it caused me extreme adrenal stress & fatigue. To this day, I can't even tolerate the smell, and if I take only one drop internally - the adverse-reactions are strong & severe. But that's just me.

OK, thanks for your opinion again.
Interesting of your reaction to Lugol's. I've heard there is no widespread USA deficiency of Iodine, however true that is I do not know. I have a feeling I'd have a similar reaction to it, so I think I'll eat kelp in salads, take Ech, and cross my fingers.
Maybe I'll also stay indoors more for a while in case that may help while the radiation levels hopefully go down.

This is a reply to # 1,791,251It was a sunny, beautiful day for a change, about 65*F, so I rode my motorcycle some yesterday, but not too far. Should I be staying in more now, or as much as possible? Should I avoid 18 mile car trips to the gym I go to 3x a week, because of elevated radiation in the atmosphere?

Joe, I can offer you my opinion, but it is only an opinion. I am no expert and not even close to one. However, I am doing a ton of research right now for some articles I have been requested to write. I am looking for all the natural alternatives for radiation exposure I can find. Doing so has me currently believing that it is OK for people living in the US to maintain a normal, healthy lifestyle right now.
What I understand to be true- for today- is that the US is still "safe" as far as radiation levels go. Yes, it does appear that radiation levels have increased all over the US. Yes, it does appear that it would be a great idea to be taking Superfood, echinacea, and using a good colon product like IF 1 and 2. My research is telling me that the herbs in those three products- Superfood, echinacea tincture, and IF1/2 are "enough" for Americans at the moment. Of course, you would want to make sure you are drinking pure water and scrubbing your produce well.
An interesting note from Dr. Schulze's blog is that during Chernobyl, abnormally high levels of radiation were found in dairy products. I don't know if Dr. Schulze means commercial dairy or local raw farm dairy. However, Dr. Schulze followers do not use any dairy, so the point may be moot.
It does seem like many people are choosing to stay indoors, somehow waiting for it all to go away. *sigh* People, the half life of radioactive materials is around the 20K year mark. While the radiation levels around the damaged Japanese nuclear power plant will dissipate and level out, that radioactive material will not go away. It will blanket the planet's atmosphere, water, land, plants, animals, and people. It has the potential of mutating the DNA of every living being on Earth and causing die-off of any number of species. The most vulnerable are our young and unborn.
When we read "what do do" articles on the internet, please try to discern where the source comes from. If anyone lives in Japan or near the coast of Japan, then definitely, start taking daily doses of SSKI along with other measures to keep safe. For now, at least, if you live in the US (or Europe), following good health practices, keeping a healthy bowel program (like Uny's) that contains bentonite clay and apple pectin, and adding echinacea tincture and superfoods which contain sea vegetables and simple plants like dulse, chlorella, and spirulina to the diet should suffice.
