I'd have to ask you to add in the eyebrows I used to have....and exclude the wrinkles and premature grey hair :)

That sounds really cool Beth. It would be nice if you got the energy to do so, but if you get a bit tired, don't feel pressured or down on yourself if you don't finish.

If you do it great, if you tried great also because it's your heart and ideas that count.

Okay, so I'm getting the distinct impression that we are all a little dissatisfied with the way that we look right now. Everyone who has messages me has asked if they could send old pics. I fully understand how you all feel as I feel the same. Truthfully though, I'd like honest visual descriptions of what you look like now. I picture having an exhibition some day that shows your beautiful and somewhat ravaged bodies. This means that lost eyebrows, circles under your eyes, skinny potbelly wrinkly grey haired sweet longing perfect bodies is what I'd like to paint. I have no interest in painting perfect people. I think it might even be nice to tell your story with the painting.... Maybe underneath it somehow or maybe in the title.

Also, this part isn't clear to me yet, but I might like them to incorporate some kind of visual description of your dreams. Or possibly healing herbs surrounding you.

If you'd like to participate I will ask for you to take a few pictures outside in the shade. This is the best way to capture even natural light, which will give me the most detail to paint from.

I might have you do the following:
-laying in the grass looking up at the camera
-laying in the grass looking to the side
-sitting tall in a straight chair looking at the camera
-sitting tall in a straight chair looking to the side.

I'd prefer to take some pictures of myself as examples before you take any pictures of yourself that way you can see what I'm hoping for. Also, I like to paint skin, so I would prefer that I can see yours. If you're a guy it would be great if you were shirtless or wearing a wife beater or something of that nature. If you're a lady a tank top would be great.

As I write this I'm realizing that many of you might be fearful of showing others (or yourselves) what you look like. I know. I understand. One thing that I've noticed is that for those of you who's pictures I've seen you are all really beautiful. My intuition tells me that you are still beautiful even if it doesn't feel that way.

So... Let me know what you think.

Thank you so much for the ideas and effort. Make sure the material you use is not the one that have toxins in it (paint with food if possible LOL : turmeric for yellow, cherry for red, etc. hahahah).

I am still contemplating how to send your suggestions (take pic in grass and chair). Here at my place it's difficult to find grass to lay upon (we have grass area but it's forbidden to step upon hahahahah:P) Lemme think of something before I get back to you, meanwhile you're painting others first ahhahaha:)

Talk about doing something, I would like to share with all of you what I've been doing lately. After trying to be quiet about my situation for sometime (all of you who are having trouble with families & friends would know about this), I finally come to be at peace to share about my situation with others (when people come across and ask of course). Lately it's been a good experience for me. I have met those who can really empathize (though they may not know how awful this whole fatigue things feel) and some even pray for me. On the other hand, it's a good information to share (esp for issues like mercury, root canal, etc.) so that those who have not got this issues can avoid it.

So Beth, once you finished doing your art (no pressure, take your time and energy, please don't push too far and crash dear, I am praying for your well being), I am thinking that all of us can write a collective e-book or maybe posts in some website maybe? It will be our experience of handling AF (what causes our AF, route of healing/protocol that we have and our progress). So those who came later can read and be informed. And given our pic there would be more and more people aware that we are exist and we are not some hypocondriac cases. What most important it could be a good encouragement for those who are sick (as we know there are many silent sufferer out there who may be too sick to come across this forum).

And yeah, as a help for all who suffers, it will be free information for them. Don't know whether all of you will want to do this, as we are all struggle in finding energy to do even simple things to survive. I am still thinking whether I have energy to do this, but yeah, let's thinking out loud here.
