Your problem could be related to Candida. I'm not trying to diagnose you but your your symptoms sound like a skin fungal infection. Bamboo Charcoal soap, or Coconut soap is good for skin infections. Also washing your skin with Selsun Blue Shampoo is good for skin fungal infections. Look into antifungals too, and probiotics. Google fungal skin infections and or your symptoms and see what you come up with. If you know your symptoms do your own research, that way you can be a little a head of the docs. http://www.sinuswars.com/mucus-white.asp

I reread your posts and you mentioned the red bites, could it be possible that bed bugs are in your surroundings? I lived in a hotel apartment once and I had problems with red bites and itching, and sure enough the critters were there, even fleas will bite you too, if you have animals or live in a warm enviroment. There are bugs that will bite and cause skin problems and even infections in the body because they feed on the blood. maybe you should show the doc the bumps,it could be a rash or it could be hives.
Sorry, but I mentioned also that it could be related to a rash too. You should still google your symtoms. But maybe this will help: www.mayoclinic.com/health/peeling-skin/MY01167
