i am now confident to conclude this earth-shattering theory to the world. the question that many folks ask when they see these beautiful couples divorce so soon from their happier days, such as tony parker and eva longoria. i think it's simple. "a" grade women are lousy in bed. simple as that. smok'in hot women do not try to become the best they can be in the bedroom, and guys will stray. now, most of the guys aren't "a" grade lookers but "a" grade athletes, businessmen, entertainers, etc. it's rare to find both equal in the looks category. most are a christy brinkly/billy joel set-up or a eva/tony or a trump/what's her name. the guy's attraction is his ambition, his accomplishments. the woman starts out hot, then accomplishes.
stick with me on this because it's quite fascinating. i do not believe that upper level beauties put out the effort in oral sex that it takes to keep a marriage hot or simply the sex act itself. controversial statement to be sure, but i seriously doubt that a ex-husband of christy brinkley's would turn to porn if he's getting it good at home. why would tony parker sextext to another woman when he's got a top babe like eva? makes no sense, does it? just look at what tiger said about elin, "...you know what they say about sex when you get married." divorce happens way too frequent in the "hot babe/"b" guy" range to say that it is mimicing the national norm.
drew barrymoe/tom green...same deal. i could go on and on with these examples. maybe smok'in hot babes, if good sex is the consideration, aren't the way to go for a long, happy married life? just a theory...

Maybe one is not enuff for the dude who's weiner wants more variety since that is all those women can offer him. (all he WANTS from them perhaps)
I like what they said on Law & Order in one episode, the older rich homely guy was married to a very young supermodel plastic type, murder victim. The police chief said, well obviously she wasn't his soulmate. (true since looks seemed to be what he was after.)
Personally I think that if someone is too barbie or ken perfect, that is a downfall, IMWO (in my weird opinion)
Maybe it that comes from working in a modelling agency behind the scenes when I was young, I realized with that model type comes not-alot-of-interesting on the inside. Not always of course...
I have always been super grossed out when a couple is the famous/rich ugly guy and the other a society's idea of flawless glamour girl...that contrast looks gross to me.
haha! but whatever floats their boat.
I will take my quirky and genuine friends any day! :)

This is a reply to # 1,729,691there's no denying that marriage provides safer sex, motif. marriage is set up to provide stability in the family...along with stability in a sex partner. most men and women do not want their wife/husband screwing others. that makes for a chaotic society. which some could argue we have right now. free love has lead america down a disastrous trail. just look at the black community. 70% of the homes have no father present. sex was there, obviously, but the women didn't want marriage. i will agree in principle that marriage destroys good sex over time. mainly because marriage takes more time and effort, more responsibilities come with marriage and thus, less time for good sex. dating sex will always be better sex, no matter how many lies people tell you. dating sex is two people trying to be at the top of their game every time. marriage sex partners know there's always a "next time".

I have a gal friend who used to have some health issues, overweight, etc. but now she's lost the mass, face is all changed different, breast firmage (38 D) and she's kinda,..... turned into a fox. And it was all that health stuff I shared with her. Lucky for her, she listened to me without being a bltch and questioning and questioning and distrusting and complaining and being a bltch like most of the others I've seen. She just trusted me and went along with what I told her. Now she's all foxy, I figure she'll run off with some guy but I'm ready for it but hope it don't happen cuz she's real likeable, even when she had a big fat a$$ and gut. I was fortunate enough to know the ones who where not interested in selling their beauty but sharing it! The world doesn't necessarily mimic hollywood.

Good lookers have been spoiled by the media into believing they ought be worshipped, and the fool men (who are truly the ones who are brainwashed by media) fall for it and cater to them pretty girls and give them more attention and suck up to them more than is proper, so they've been accustommed to having men kiss their butts. If ya don't kiss their butt, they find someone else who will, cuz guys are always ogling at them and they know they can get picked up in a minute. Most of the so-called "pretty" ones are friggin more-ons.
Thats my take on the trashy pretty ones. Of course there's the smart pretty ones who don't think like that.
The best lovers I've had weren't the most pretty on the outside but weren't dogs either, although I see them as beautiful because they truly are, beauty being defined not by mere appearances but by how giving a person is, inter alia. I went on facebook and looked at the fox's from high school and other times and 20 years later (or is it 30, shhit !!) they're lookin kinda scuzzy, whereas my old galfriends are lookin hotter than ever. Probably because all that good sex is HEALTH-promoting. The "pretty" ones didn't truly share good sex, so they weren't able to reap the healthy effects of it. Wilhelm Reich would likely agree. This is a reply to # 1,726,787I just stumbled upon this long-ago post and was irresistibly compelled to respond. After laughing myself silly, of course.
First of all, the "hot" men are being divorced, too! It's not as if the women are just being dumped.
Marriages fail for a multitude of reasons, but the main cause of divorce is marrying for the WRONG reasons, such as entering into a legally binding contract of marriage on the basis of a partner being "hot," or engaging in rabid sex as a foundation of a healthy relationship. Sure, sex is a wonderful byproduct of love, but it cannot be the basis of a relationship.
Our current cultural and social climate is producing its third generation that is so self-absorbed and narcissistic that healthy relationships are the exception. Domestic violence and spousal murder rates are at epidemic proportions. Advertising and marketing dictates the value of a person based upon their appearance, rather than their intellectual and ethical attributes. Aging gracefully is not tolerated in modern society, and common sense has taken a back seat in deference of willful stupidity, excuses, and labels. We have become an overindulgent culture based upon the false hope of immortality.
Brothels that are State supervised might not be a bad idea. Men could pay someone to submit to acts that dehumanize their wives, or acts that their wives find distasteful.
Either way, "bad sex" with "hot" wives is not the root cause of divorce, today.- empty n/m #58606
