Hello Miracle-Mineral-Supplement Forum,
I was drawn to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement due to the fact that my father died from early-onset Alzheimer’s. His symptoms became apparent in the early 1990’s and in 2001 he passed at young age of 59. It was ten years of hell: experimental drug trials at the University of Maryland, dashed hopes taking gingko supplements and generally watching him lose his humanity right before my eyes. I saw how stopping AD is akin to stopping a mile-long freight train that is barreling down the tracks.
I pretty much avoided thinking about AD until many years later when I an across a website that posts scientific journal articles on the possible/probable relationship between this terrible, horrific disease and borrelia spirochetes bacteria (of course this notion is flatly dismissed by the big pharma-controlled physicians). It discusses other diseases but I am only interested in the AD articles…
Shortly after finding this website I ran into Miracle-Mineral-Supplement --or rather, it ran into me. An acquaintance let me borrow Jim’s DVD. I was elated because at LAST I found something that might be able to stop AD in its tracks. Now mind you, I don’t have symptoms yet. However, the thought of possibly inheriting some sort of predisposition to AD makes me very keen on being proactive. And it made SO much sense that AD is little more than a communicable bacteriological disease and that we are probably genetically inclined to have a weakness to it.
Since about three years ago I have taken MMS on and off. Usually taking an average of 8-10 drops/day (at night before bed on empty stomach) for a period of 2-3 weeks. Then not using it for a few months. The most tangible result that I have had is at the beginning of the dosage period. And this has been the elimination of the brain fog. Occasionally I have awakened with diarrhea but no other problems worth noting. I just got back my annual physical results (I’m 39) and my kidney function is fine. Beyond this, I am not sure. I do not know how much MMS it might take to kill off this bug. Some people tell me not to do MMS for possible AD infection. However, the doctors have no better ideas other to take a “wait and see” approach--at which point drugs can be prescribed…NO THANKS.
So here I am with MMS. Hoping to wipe out a disease that I don’t even know that I have.

I too wonder about the efficacy of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement against Lyme and other types of spirochetes. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is being used by many Morgellons Sufferers with success. Morgellons is a Lyme associated disease, with about 50% testing positive in one study.
I have read rather extensively about Alzheimer's Disease. Studies indicate it does have a strong hereditary component. It is however, minimal if the father develops Alzheimer's and strong if the mother develops Alzheimer's.
Apolipoprotein E its variants and their relationship with heavy metals is another area of interest. Miracle-Mineral-Supplement may well help with the heavy metals.

Lyme disease, or borreliosis, is caused by Gram negative spirochetal bacteria from the genus Borrelia, which has at least 37 known species, 12 of which are Lyme related, and an unknown number of genomic strains. Borrelia species known to cause Lyme disease are collectively known as Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato.
Apparently Lyme bacteria aren't the only spirochetes that may be involved in Alzheimer's Disease.

Spirochetes are very difficult to treat using conventional medicine. The only way we will know the efficacy of MMS against spirochetes is if a large number of people with ailments use MMS and report their findings.

Thanks for your response. I read somewhere that the new AD drug Rember (methylene blue) is designed to knock out pathogens (sorry if I am totally wrong). If so, maybe there are more research doctors accepting the idea that AD might actually be infectious.

Yes I do remember the Methylene Blue study. As I recall it had something to do with "stabilizing" the Mitochondria. I too wondered if it had an antimicrobial effect.
I don't know if Alzheimer's is caused by an infectious agent but, it seems reasonable. There also seems to be a definite dysregulation of metals in the brain. This dysregulation could protect some pathogens from the bodies immune system.
Regarding the question: "Also, do you know if chlorine dioxide can cross the blood brain barrier?" I does seem reasonable that it does. I did a quick search and found no substantial websites or studies that confirmed that. It does go inter cellular and should go anywhere oxygen can go.
There are herbals that appear to be effective in treating Alzheimer's.
It's good to have options.

This is a reply to # 1,686,590Labrat, once again, thanks. As for me, my gut tells me AD is caused by some type of infectious agent. In recent years there have been more and more "mainstream" physicians suggesting this and when I saw the plaque photos on lymecryme.com it just seemed right. Kind of like, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

If AD is caused by some bug it doesn't seem like there are two many options to knock it out. I wish I knew about Miracle-Mineral-Supplement (if it were even available back then) when my dad started having the symptoms in the early 90's.
Labrat, any thoughts on why standard Antibiotics wouldn't kill off this bacteria (if indeed it is a bacterial infection) in AD patients?

1)Spirochetal bacteria are notorious for being resistant to conventional Antibiotics . 2)Heavy Metals convey protection to bacteria. 3) Antibiotics may not cross the blood brain barrier.
I knew about Dioxychlor in the early 90s. I often wonder what would have happened if I had started taking it back then.

Dioxychlor is a product that was put out by American Biologics. It was a 2.5% sodium chlorite solution. It was used without activation relying on stomach acid or encountering an acidic environment for activation.
It is also sometimes called Stabilized Oxygen.
