took me 24 flushes i think, or was it 28? the point is i've now done 37 flushes and my
Acne went away a while ago. the amount of
Liver Flushes i've had to do is uncommon. the point is i still had a significant amount of stones, and it still dissappeared.
i have tons of
Amalgam fillings, my
Acne is gone...it is possible. but
Liver Flush was the only thing that finally made it go away.
i didn't notice any initial improvement from bowel cleansing. however i had done several
Bowel Cleanse BEFORE i managed to get rid of
Acne so they may have helped even though i didn't notice it. and i have heard of peoples acne going away after they did a really thorough bowel cleanse. so it has to be done no matter what.
and yes diet is extremely important. if you can, try to figure out what foods trigger your acne, or make it worse. it's tough at first, but if you're really serious you can do it. candida is usually involved and anytime you consume certain foods your skin will get worse. sometimes it's hard to tell if you're still eating one or two major triggers that you aren't aware of. process of elimination, and well addition.
and yeah peanutbutter is an awful thing for acne. hydrogenated oil surpeme, horrible. dairy is another one. i don't think anyone should obsess about the amalgam, yes it needs to come out at some point, but MAJOR improvements can be made with it still in there.
wouldn't hurt to switch to green tea 5 times a day, black tea is much more tough on the immune system which helps candida thrive even more. just a tiny detail, but they add up. seems like your diet is good in general, it's really cool that you've made that effort. probably one of the most difficult. you will see an improvement from cleansing, there's just no way to determine when. thats the part that sucks.
all in all,
Liver Flush and bowel cleansing in combination with good diet seem to be the most powerful approaches to axing acne.
i recommend you start doing some bowel cleansing for a couple weeks or at least full week until it's time for your next liver flush. two things at the same time. consuming HIGH amounts of green RAW vegetables, low protein and staying away from trigger foods, will speed up the bowel cleansing process. try to get ahold of some herbs that help break up the mucoid plaque. also it is VERY important to colonize with good bacteria. they help fight off candida, i recommend primal defense.
also, it's very helpful to take an herbal combination the helps break up mucoid plaque while you're bowel cleansing. heres an example of a powerful one called "chomper".

don't worry about purchasing the herbal nutrition supplement they recommend, i don't think it's needed. eat good food. organic if you can.
anyway the guy who wrote "your last acne solution" he recommended the chomper. the thing i do want to recommend is that book. he knows everything inside and out, and lists everything you need to do. you can search on google and it will come up. it's the real deal, a total no joke approach. the testimonials are real, he also has a support website. yes i bought his book even though i regularly visit curezone. i was seriously impressed. that dude knows whats up.
of course you don't need to buy the book, you have help here. it was just nice to see it all together and organized.
best of luck mr. pink floyd.
