...this is really huge. When you first started posting to our forum, I looked at some of your past posts and saw quite a few to Acne support. I thought "uh-oh..." Io-sup is going to make this girls Acne worse!
We all know that Iodine does NOT cause acne, but that Iodine displaces bromide through the skin. Brominacne.
I was really concerned. And not for your physical health, because we all need iodine, but for your emotional state. And it DID make it worse, for a bit.
And, I'm not sure about your timeline with gluten intolerance, but along the way we learned that gluten inbtolerance + Iodine can manifest as dermetitis hepetiformis. Skin eruptions. Not necessarily facial acne, but still:

Anyway, through your experience here(you are a pioneer), we have another piece of the puzzle in place.

So, those that REALLY break out with iodine supplementation would do well to examine their diets. Iodine can function as an indicator of gluten intolerance.

Wow trysten, I think my heart acually skipped a beat when I saw your after picture. You are drop dead gorgeous!!! I'm so happy for you, thank you sooo much for these pictures. I have been waiting for 3 years to read this message of yours ... I already started loosing hope :-)

I knew that you will find something that will work sooner or later, it was just question of time and whether you are going to give up too early or not ...

My sister had exactly the same problem, just 3 times worse.
In her case, it was macrobiotic diet that cured her (it includes seaweed daily), excludes all industrially processed foods and sugar.


It would be great if you could compose one short bio of your experience with acne, and what all different remedies/diets/etc you tried and what of those things you think might have contributed to your present state of health.

I see that you have been on CureZone for 3 years and you tried liver flushes, parasite cleanses, elimination diet, etc ...

Then, you should edit your original message and include that complete bio, so that photos are accompanied by the whole story.

It is very important to write what remedies have helped and what remedies were of no help in your case ... to help future generations ...
