I was in your position at an office and know the hell you are going through.
But the thing is to never give up hope and keep on searching for answers and
ways to improve your situation. Be aware that what you focus on you attract
more of, so if you dwell on the negatives you'll end up spending your days
absorbed in them and feeling worse.
Be aware that you are much more than just your physical body and that
your unhappy thoughts can create an unhappy unbalanced state in your
body.
Ask youself honestly whether you are completely happy with where you are
going in your job etc and if not how you can make changes? For me my
BO got worse the more I hated my job and hated being stuck there I
was like a trapped animal.
On the practical level have you tried saunas and steam rooms for really
deep cleaning the pores as well as good for relaxing?
I have also found Mdela's suggestion of using Olay's Ph neutral
Acne wash works so well under the arms I dont use a deodorant now.
I found soap made me smell worse as it reacted strangely with my
skin after a few hours. Hey why have countless showers with soap
if they dont improve the situation?
I also use
Iodine tincture under my arms at night to help kill off the
bacteria every so often.
