What I have to say to Ron Paul supporters is this. We all like Ron paul but he isn't getting the votes or support to win. Many of us really like Mitt and I know that he would be the next best choice for Ron paul supporters so we don't get McCain and we all know we don't need McCain so Mitt needs Pauls supporters and Huckabees supporters or McCain will be picked and maybe soon, So please think about that. I would vote for Ron Paul or Huckabee before McCain and this is the truth but I believe Mitt will serve our country well and will do his best for America and McCain has made some pretty poor choices in the party already so Please think about this. This race is going to a McCain Romney standoff. I don't think Huckabee can get in. The Dems have narrowed it down to 2 and I believe that is whats happening now in the Rep party. Its just a matter of time so don't wait too late till we are stuck with McCain.- Edited #28187

Interesting when Huckabee was asked if he would support an amendment banning Jackrabbit babies he said the supreme court had already ruled on that. What did he mean? Ron Paul has about as much chance of getting elected President as Carrot Top does, but I don't think you are going to find many of his supporters who are willing to pull the lever for 'slick' Mitt. I don't think Ron Pauls supporters view any of the other candidates as acceptable. While Mitt may be your second choice, he is not someone that most Ron Paul supporters trust. In fact, unless you are Mormon, MtnDeww or a millionaire, you probably won't be voting for him. I'll take McCain over him anyday. At least he has seen combat experience and will cross partylines on matters of principle. Ole Mitt has changed his core beliefs so many times that you need a roadmap to follow him.- Edited #28187

The day the amnestia is granted the penguins in Chile will hear about it. The next day the people will start heading north.

Our good friend Mitt had illegals working on his lawn. I don't know, I think this is just another one of the million or so issues he can't be trusted on. Ultimately, it is going to take the cooperation of the President and Congress to get something done, and considering the Congress hasn't done much I really don't think it matters who gets elected President. I mean, if he hires some lawn care service to keep up his yard on a regular basis, and workers come while he isn't even home, is he going to demand to make sure that each of those people is documented? Frankly, I wouldn't have expected him to do that. He was very busy working, he probably just payed some service $150 a month and as long as the lawn looked good, didn't think much about it.
That's really not a smoking gun for me. I'm more interested in what he did addressing the illegal immigrants in his role as governor. - Edited #28187

Ron Paul's task was insurmountable and he knew it from the beginning. We have already far surpassed his wildest dreams. You do not take on the NWO, military industrial complex, controlled media, IRS, CIA, Diebold voting machines, etc. and win. But hopefully you start the seeds of a kind of revolution that will re-take our country.
The powers that control us and our elections and media knew that they had to bury Ron Paul early on. So we have seen an unprecedented co-ordinated media campaign to ignore and trivialize him, and then, when that did not work, they pretty much buried Ron Paul in New Hampshire, where an honest election with paper ballots and no machines could well have given him momentum that would have propelled him to the forefront. Now the chain of custody and missing voting machine chips make it impossible to sort out the misdeeds - at least not until long after it matters.
Who knows what happened in Florida? A recent Ron Paul message quotes two guys who canvassed 13 precincts in Broward County and Ron Paul came in second in all 13 precincts behind McCain, who does appear to be the heir apparent on the GOP side (after "they" spanked him for daring to speak ill of Big Pharma earlier).
Mitt Romney? Pffft - what a two faced flip flopper pretty boy he is. Like George Sr, he will change a conviction in a hearbeat and sell his soul to the devil for a vote. But here is the thing - it does not matter who you support outside of Ron Paul. The rest are all just a different face on the same candidate, pre-approved by the Bilderburg boys. In Romney's case, maybe two faces. They will install whoever they want and we will have little to say about it. Even the illusion of free and democratic elections is gone now that we have the voting machines. And it was really pretty much gone way before they came along.
Mitt! Huckabee! McCain! Hillary! Obama! You folks are so pathetically clueless if you think that any of those people are different from the other. All you will see are cosmetic differences to make it appear that they are different - but the core agenda will be the same.
Better to continue Ron Paul's message, regardless of his chances. That is the only real message of change. The rest is just entertainment for the mindless masses. Your time would be better spent watching reality shows, soap operas or American Idol. Barf!

Maybe part of the plan is to make us all lose hope and throw in the towel at this point in the game?
It's not over 'till it's over. Guliani has stepped down. So has Edwards. Others too. Ron Paul has not. I think we owe him the respect to stand behind him until the very end. And fight until the very end.
As we speak, he is participating in a debate in California, which I am recording. He is still in the arena folks.
What would happen if despite the media, the crooked ballots, and everything else, we didn't give up and kept on fighting ferociously for what is right? Obviously, Ron Paul is still fighting. Are we going to let him stand alone? He needs support, he needs money. Let our motto be, "We are Ron Paul supporters, hear us roar!" Yes, I know a bit corny. I have just become precinct leader for his campaign where I live. I am undergoing some training for canvassing, etc. and what needs to be done, and I am about to become really busy. And I will not stop until he does, no matter what anything looks like. Now.... wouldn't it be interesting if there was a tremendous upset and he won? I would love to say the words, "Well.. well.... well,"
It's just not over until it's over.

there is so much more... unfortunately, MOST voting individuals haven't a clue this is going on. They do not know how strongly they are being manipulated by the media and GOP.
Right now, I think their is an effort by the DEM party to figure out who, Obama, or Clinton, has the best chance to beat the Republican nominee; as if thats and issue; I think they are feeling out who has the best chance to beat Ron Paul in the event they have no choice but to give him the nod.
Obama spoke to 13,000 here last night... and his adds are dominant everywhere.

I guess I'd prefer Romney over McCain but I can't vote for anyone but Ron Paul in the primary. It isn't an option. A vote for your conscience is never thrown away. This is a reply to # 1,099,269The Point I am trying to make is its Romney or McCain. McCain has lied and lied. Yeah Romney changed his mind. McCain will never change his mind he is 71 years old and stuck in his ways and no matter how he says he will cut taxes and take care of illegals immigration is all a lie, he is not going to change he just wants to win and sorry to say it looks like everyone is going to help him. He wouldn't even have the momentum he has now if everyone would quit endorsing him. His message is not all that good its the same stuff over and over and most of it is lies if you look at his voting record you will see he isn't honest. A patriot which is the only thing good there and How can someone be a good patriot if they can only protect other peoples borders but not our own. THat is what kills me the most about McCain thats not a good AMerican to me no matter how patriot he says he is, its flawed. I appreciate his service to the Country but he thinks we should send more troops to Iraq and well this war will never end under McCain but only get dug deeper, just a leave off of what we have had so far. THat sad MY FRIENDS!!!!

This is a reply to # 1,099,513If McCain gets the nomination he probably will not beat Obama they both gather independent votes and Obama is the candidate that most represents change for most dems and some reps so I think since he is young and new he could beat McCain.Me and my husband think it would be interesting to see how Obama who seems to have a contagious personality would do in peace talks with our enemies since he says he will talk to them anytime.ALl of washington thinks he is nieve about this but who are we to say what the man can do. After all he is a different color he does have a middle eastern name and he does have a motivating personality. Maybe he could effect foreign leaders better and go places other could not. No one can really say but he is more interesting to me than McCain only because I know what I am getting with McCain. Still Romney out of the 3 is my choice by far.Advertisement
