I love yoga
Date: 6/1/2007 9:45:09 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 3087 times Today I was able to do yoga this morning and it felt GREAT. I think that it really helped with toxin release. I had plenty of energy this morning, but was pretty much zapped by 1:00. My wonderful husband kept the kids outside for an hour while I napped, and that really helped.
I've been taking a detox bath every night since day 1. It has really been something that I've looked forward to, especially the days that I've been freezing cold. Someone suggested that I do a cabbage soak, which I did, which was terrific. My skin felt great afterward, and because I used purple cabbage, my bath was purple and so pretty. It was a really nice pick me up. Next time, though, I'll be sure to put the cabbage in cheesecloth so I don't have to pick it out of the tub by hand!
I also bought limes today for a change of pace, and limeade is delicious!!
Unfortunately, the lion did not come back to visit me last night no matter how hard I tried.
