master cleansing day 3
Date: 5/29/2007 12:04:46 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2114 times Today was a great day. No headaches, little hunger, and Lots of energy. I cleaned my entire house! My only complaint is that mentally, everything is still a little fuzzy. But as the headaches have passed, I suppose this will also. My allergies have really lessened, which is amazing to me since I have been so sick lately. Poof! Vanished almost completely.
My husband is still being amazing and has cooked for the kids for every meal and has been really supportive and has constantly been telling me that I'm doing great. (Although the celery and peanut butter that he ate last night right beside me was kind of like having my toenails pulled off. It just sounded so good.)
I suppose that I have been eating pretty well, because my biggest cravings so far have been cauliflower and lamb. Both of which my family ate for dinner tonight. I know that it sounds like I'm totally obsessed with food, but I'm really not. My third day is behind me and I feel strong and proud. I really feel like I'm doing something wonderful for myself!
Tomorrow is back to reality. I am speaking to my 7 year old's class about bees. Hopefully the swf and smooth move will have done their thing by then!
