Day 5
Like a roller coaster, only less fun.
Date: 5/30/2007 9:27:15 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 3172 times Today was pretty up and down. I made the mistake of exercising (too hard?) again and paid for it later. I felt great afterwards, but was REALLY hungry. I have consumed more lemonades by far today and will probably actually reach my 12 glasses by bedtime. The most I've had up to this point is 7 or 8. I was VERY moody today, but when I felt good, I felt great.
I forgot to mention that I took a detox bath last night with epsom salt and baking soda and was expecting to get a ring of wild colors around my tub, but I didn't. Maybe I did it wrong? I'll have to try again.
My skin has never ever looked so good. The color of my skin has almost completely evened out. Usually my nose is red, sometimes my chin too. Now I wonder if I might have a food allergy. Anybody know? I do feel like I'm getting "clean", and i know this will be the first of many cleanses to come throughout my life. My tongue, though, does have the lovely white film of toxins that everyone gets. It won't really brush or scrape off, either. Ick. My allergies are still gone, too, which is a HUGE bonus.
Anyway, I knew that I would hit hard patches here and there, and I guess today is just a bump in the road. Surely tomorrow will be better? But one thing that I can celebrate is that I am officially half-way through! Woo Hoo!!!!!
