Day 1, 2 & 3
I am so much stronger then I ever imagined.

Okay day one was not that bad. Thank God I did the 3 pre-cleanse days! I accidently put 2 tablespoons of cheyenne pepper in my lemonade. I had to make four days worth to even out the cheyenne pepper. The pepper has way to much kick for me. I am going to have to reduce the amount I am taking until I adjust to it. My husband took my son thru the Mc Donalds drive thru while I was in the car. They are both EVIL!!!!! Ohhhhh....it smelled soooo gooood! I had to get out of the car and walk around the shopping area until they were done eating. I didn't know how I was going to stop myself from eating after that but I did it!! I kept telling myself that I am stronger than my appetite, I am stronger then temptation, I can do this!!
I forgot to drink the laxative tea the night before day one so I decided I would do a SWF that night. I don't know why I thought that would be easy! I couldn't stomach it so I decided to drink Smooth Move. The tea was delicious and a nice change of pace. Seriously thought about doing the tea morning and night until I felt the cramps.
Day Two
Woke up early with the intentions of going to Church until my stomach started cramping. It was HORRIBLE! I was cramping for almost an hour before I even had a BM. When I finally did have one it was small. The next one was slightly bigger. Note to self: Find a way to make the SWF work....Avoid Tea!!!
Okay, the day started out good but I have to confess that I made a new batch of lemonade and skipped the cheyenne pepper. It is so much easier to drink this way. But I will be adding the pepper tomorrow. Perhaps I will alternate, one day with, one day without.
Around dinner time the cravings were out of control. I wasn't sure I was going to be strong enough to withstand them. My husband thinks that I am being to drastic and is not being very supportive. He keeps offering me what he terms "healthy alternatives" like salad, carrots, celery with peanut butter. That isn't helping my cravings at all. I still have to cook dinner every night and the urge to taste the food is very strong. Thankfully my mother is totally supportive. In fact she plans on joining me and doing a Master Cleanse too. I certainly hope that there will come a time when looking at my favorite foods does not make my mouth water.
Soooo....It took me an hour to swallow the salt water. I felt like I was drowning. I finally decided that I couldn't down it so I split it up into four servings. I admit to drinking water every four or five gulps just to keep me from throwing up. I did finally get it all down though, hurray!!!! About 1/2 - 1 hour I had a significant amount of butt pee. No real BM though. Is this the way it is supposed to work? Also, If I add more water to my salt water flush does that make it less effective?
Day Three
It is 11:30 and I haven't had a hunger pang yet. I did another SWF this morning. Only used 1 1/2 tsp of sea salt this time. It was all I could keep down. Had lots of butt pee like last night. Stomach is still rumbling. I don't really feel like drinking the lemonade. My body must have accepted that I am not going to eat and turned off the hunger signal. I am going to try to force my self to drink the whole days serving. We'll see how it goes.
