Pre-Cleanse: Day 1 early
Holy Crap!!!!
Date: 5/20/2007 9:46:43 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2521 times Okay, I am going to prepare for the master cleanse the next 3 days.
Day 1: Eat all raw fruits and veggies, drink plenty of distilled water.
Day 2: Raw foods, freshly juiced organic veggies and fruit, plenty of distilled water
Day 3: Freshly squeezed orange juice and 2 tbsp of organic grade B maple syrup.
Okay, confession: So far it has been exteremly hard. I have been constantly hungry. I am eating fruit, and very little veggies but I have been nibbling all day. I know that my hunger is mental and not physical but that doesn't make it any easier. I just slipped off the wagon 5 minutes ago and ate some M & M's. I feel so guilty. I am just going to keep going though. I am not going to use that slip as an excuse to put off my plans. So, full steam ahead. I am cooking meatloaf for dinner. I don't know how it is going to affect me but I am determined to hang in there. I have researched this and learned that the cravings and hunger pains should go away after day 3. So all I have to do is get through my prep days and then the first 3 days of the cleanse and I will be ok. My goal is to complete 10 days of the cleanse and evaluate its effectiveness and go from there. I'll be back later on tonight. Wish me luck!!!!!
