end of day 2!
binge juicing?
Date: 4/3/2007 12:01:46 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2180 times hello all. well for dinner i made apple/lemon/orange cocktail. that was at about 5pm. now it is 1am and i am just about to make my laxative tea before i head to bed! i'm a university student, hence why I am going to bed so late!
i came home from being out at a friend's house and kind of binged on 2 apples juiced and a couple of grapes. i say binge becuase i sat down with one apple juiced at first, then went back for another, and the the grapes. i wasnt even hungry, i was just thristy and wanted the taste of anything in my mouth. that is the whole reason i got myself into this mess of fasting--> eating with no hunger purpose but only the desire to have the taste of something in my mind. i will be working on that during this fast. anyways, other than that, so far so good. no desire to eat- loving the juices. they are amazing and very satisfying!
onto day 3!
