i am on day 2 of the master cleanse and read your blog about juicing. it's true- what we think is hunger is really just our stomachs shrinking, which is a good thing. i'm interested to see how your progress goes. i have the jack lalane juicer as well, and when i finish my 10 days on the cleanse, i plan on transitioning to an all juice diet for a few weeks.

i didn't know you could juice garlic. that is great! it's supposed to be a natural antibiotic! congrats and keep it up! thanks for the inspiration!
