.. for getting back on it again. it is hard. I am on day 2 today, and i am going to do it a step at a time. think 10 days, then 14, then 18 etc then each time you want to cave you will feel you only have a couple more days to go rather than like 20 or so! Lets support eachother! it is really hard when noone else in the world seems to understand, i walked into the kitchen today at 10am and my pop was eating cake! so there you have it, not easy - be strong, you'll be so pleased you were. I am impressed that you can do it at uni. I am 25 and doing it whilst working.
