Today was okay, I felt good in the beginning, but now I'm exhausted...

YAY! I'm finally doing this, starting a juice fast. I need this really bad. I'm so excited about doing this and I'm hoping it will change me for the better. The last thing I had was coffee to drink hah around 12:00 last night so its been a little over 17 hours now. I'm trying to overcome this cold I have and I know fasting will help. I want my health back so badly. I'm going to eat raw when I finish this juice fast. I'm HAPPY!! hah. Thank you everyone, support is much needed!

spinach
celery
tomato

...it was yummy!
