You are welcome, today is day #4 so far. Actually I'm 51 yrs old woman, underactive thyroid, no golbladder, weight past tuesday was 184 lbs, I'm going see my weight every tuesday, will see. I went sleep hungry, but that was easy, this morning I woke early, did drink warm water with lemon, then did 40 min on treadmill. I hate execise, but you know, we need to get heart pumping faster. Speed was not fast, only 3.7 mls per hours, but outside, on fresh air, we need all this freash air vitamins, they said. I don't have exact day, 30 or 10, I'll go one day at the time, to see how is everything. Abt 4 yrs ago I did some major cleansing by Bernard Jensen, using his colema board, I have pictures I took, from my colon and from liver too. In 7 days on his programm I lost 15 lbs, total over last 4-5 yrs I did abt 26 days on his programm, also a lot of other cleansing. The only problem with me, I can't stay discipline for long time. I know it's all in mind, you have to shift your thinking first, permanently, to a healthy eating. My problem is always eating late anf eating wrong food. So I'm back to square One again. I never did fasts, I know it's will give our bodies rest, time to repear, and as good side effect weight lost too. Nobody beleive my age( I guess all this past cleansing was a reason, but If I get my weight under control, then I really can look good. Now I have so much stress from being so overweight! I need to address this, thats I'm doing now. I'll post in next tuesday, to see my result so far. Stay strong!! We can do it!!!
