Day Three Fast

Very please with the cleanse so far..

I am on Day Three of my Fast with the Blessed Herbs Colon Cleanse. This morning I had 3 separate trips to the bathroom with 2 large BMs and 1 small one. I feel good. I am a little fatigued this morning and to be honest it's the first time I feel really hungry. I just drank some Toxin Absorber and while I was drinking it my stomach let out a huge grumble. This could be because I slept in and didn't get up to drink my first Toxin Absorber until 9:30. I am heating up some veggie broth and will eat a little to stave off the hunger. Also I have been sipping on hot tea (without sugar-not much flavor but it seems to help with hunger).

So far I am getting out tons of mucoid plaque(probably 10 feet or more and this is only the beginning of Day 3! I think I have alot of layers of plaque since the colon is about 5 feet long.) and at this point can honestly say, I would advise this colon cleanse to anyone who wants to majorly detox the colon. I am someone who has struggled with constipation for awhile now and I've tried alot of things. I tried taking some Colon tablets with psyllium and benzonite, prune juice(produce BM but too much gas also:), drinkings tons of water, massaging belly, increasing fiber and more. None of these things really helped much or on a long term basis. Like I said I think I had so many layers of mucoid plaque that I need a major detox to revive my colon. Needless to say with the amount that is coming out of me I am so relieved (in more ways than one:)
