Tons of plaque!!

Date: 11/17/2006 2:24:38 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 6157 times It is still Day Two of the fast and I have passed TONS of mucoid plaque!! yay! I am so relieved because every time I look in the mirror at my blotchy face I sigh...
but I feel inspired to keep going. I did go to the store and get the ingredients to make the veggie broth so its stewing right now. Don't get me wrong I'm not really hungry, the Toxin Absorber every 3 hours really fills you up, but I won't pretend that when my daughter was eating bag of Funyuns I didn't want to curl up and eat some too!:) I just want to be prepared if I get too tempted so the broth is there and ready to stave off my cravings. I'm excited for Day Three..
It is really interesting though as I have been fasting, I realize how much we numb and distract ourselves with food. I'm really not overweight but I realize now alot of my life was centered around eating. This morning when I was bored I couldn't do what I normally do grab a snack and watch a movie. (The movie jusgt wouldn't be the same without the snack:) So I ended up cleaning up my kitchen thouroughly and my 2 bathrooms and I must say , there really is nothing like having a really nice clean bathroom.(especially when you frequent it often! LOL) It made me feel really good!!! This makes me sound like I usually don't clean my bathroom. I do. But today I really took my time to clean it and actually enjoyed cleaning it.
Also, I have been treating myself to other things like nice hot long bubble baths. It is very relaxing. I'm definately going to get more bubble bath LOL!!
And the most crazy thing about the fast so far is I am actually less on edge!! I thought for sure I would be cranky and easily angered but I feel must calmer and clearer! I really love it!
