Today I feel strong enough to start-anyone else starting a juice fast

Hi- it's me again this has been very difficult to start-I am a nanny and I look after he child at there house and there is so so so many treats there. But for the next 3 days I wont be working there-I feel If I can make it through these first 3 days then I can get thru it all-is anyone starting a juice fast-even a 5/7/14/21/30 day juice fast.Once I get to day 7 I wil do water for one day every week. I wish I had support at home-but knowone is goign thru this that I know.I just want to get my physical well being back.I always feel sluggish and am always very sore every where. I know that all the toxins in my body are the culprit for so many things.

I do enjoy reading about Bearded One-he is having some challenges but is still staying srong.
