Twice a year....
Date: 5/6/2007 7:12:00 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2262 times One week from today I will start the fast. I noticed that it has been 6 months since my last successful fast. It seems like a good idea to do one in the spring and one in the fall every year.
Starting tomorrow, I'll drop the calories in a big way. So far, my diet hasn't changed too much, but I plan on eating the same thing Monday through Sunday:
11am - Salad
6pm - All-Bran
Water and Juice only. This wil start Monday morning. Today, I "live it up" for the last time.
