Day Two accomplished.

Day two with no problems and on to day three.

Well day two (yesterday) went well. I expected to get a headache but it never really manifested. It started to right as I went to bed but I've awoken on day 3 with no problems.

Since I water fasted on day one, day two was my first lemonade day. I didn't do the tea or SWF though. The day went well. I didn't do too much around the house but my energy was off and on. I'd feel like I needed to nap but when I tried to take one my brain wouldn't shut off. I didn't really slow down until about 4:00 p.m. but still managed to stay up until 9:45 p.m. - watching a movie.

I had my tea last night and my SWF this morning. I'll post later how today went.
