Day 3 almost done. 18 y
Day three almost over and things are good. A little temptation but nothing major.
Well it’s only 6:30 p.m. but I’d say my day is pretty much done. I have done well today. I still have one more lemonade to drink and then my tea.
No real detox symptoms and I haven’t even been too sluggish today. I also moved past some temptations today with little problem although I notice the food thoughts are coming up more often. I already hear a little voice starting the doubts and deals. ”30 days is too long.” ”How are you going to entertain this weekend when you’re not eating?” ”It’s too hard.” ”Maybe I should quit and just start raw.”

Day two with no problems and on to day three.
Well day two (yesterday) went well. I expected to get a headache but it never really manifested. It started to right as I went to bed but I’ve awoken on day 3 with no problems.
Since I water fasted on day one, day two was my first lemonade day. I didn’t do the tea or SWF though. The day went well. I didn’t do too much around the house but my energy was off and on. I’d feel like I needed to nap but when I tried to take one my brain wouldn’t shut off. I didn’t really slow down until about 4:00 p.m. but still managed to stay up until 9:45 p.m. - watching a movie.

I went back to my original dates for the cleanse and have started with a water fast.
Well, my original plan was to start the 30 day MC on August 1st. Then I changed my mind because I was feeling ready to start. However, every time I try to cleanse I get a horrible headache. It’s not caffeine related - it’s just a cleansing reaction. On Day Zero I started to get one and chickened out. Same thing happened the next day and I had things I needed to do. So I put my cleanse off until today - August 1st as originally planned.

Day zero. Water fast not completed but ready for Day one of MC tomorrow.
Well I didn’t want to call this Day one of the MC since I’d planned on a water fast. The water fast went pretty well until this evening. I’m afraid I had a sandwich for dinner tonight. I was feeling so weak and low energy and my son was not slowing down at all. He’s 4 and always on the go.
Anyway, despite that slip, I’m getting ready for my Smooth Move tea soon and then off to bed. My husband says he wants to do the MC with me but refuses to do the SWF. I told him he needs to do the tea in a.m. and p.m. then. I will be curious how long he is able to go on just the lemonade.

Day one of the MC starts tomorrow. Here are my reasons, my goals and my stats.
Well I’m starting my 30 day (or more) Master Cleanse tomorrow. Actually I’m kicking it off by fasting on water my first day. I like to do that because it reminds me that I won’t die without food - LOL! Ideally I would love to do a water fast only because I am extremely lazy and you can’t get much easier than just drinking distilled water. However, I am so toxic right now that I wouldn’t make it past the first day.
