Day One - later than planned

I went back to my original dates for the cleanse and have started with a water fast.

Well, my original plan was to start the 30 day MC on August 1st. Then I changed my mind because I was feeling ready to start. However, every time I try to cleanse I get a horrible headache. It's not caffeine related - it's just a cleansing reaction. On Day Zero I started to get one and chickened out. Same thing happened the next day and I had things I needed to do. So I put my cleanse off until today - August 1st as originally planned.

I am ready to put up with the headache which will probably hit tonight or tomorrow. It's pretty incapacitating and I usually just go to bed and try to ride the pain out. So I've arranged for some help with my little one. The good thing is that once the headache is over I usually feel okay except for a little fatigued. Of course I've never been able to go beyond 7 days on the MC so it'll be interesting to see how a long term cleanse will affect me detox-wise.

I started today with just a water fast to kind of kick start things. Tomorrow morning I'll start the lemonade and then tomorrow night start in with the evening laxative tea and the SWF in the mornings.

I don't expect much exciting will happen today. I'm already low energy and expect this water fast will have me going to sleep early tonight.
