Lemon juice in water
BREAKFAST:
Corn bread (cornmeal is the only ingredient), butter
strawberries and blueberries
MID AM SNACK:
Dairy-free salami
raw potatoes (just a quirky food I like)
LATE AM SNACK:
Raw sunflower seeds, carob powder
A little black coffee
LUNCH:
Slice of green apple
Beef patty
Tomato
Lettuce
Onion
Ketchup (corn syrup is the only no no in it)
Dressing (corn syrup is the only no no in it)
Fried potatoes
A little black coffee
MID AFTERNOON SNACK:
A little diet Sprite
And
Some unsweetened Kool-Aid, with the barest minimum of aspartame (I'm out of stevia)
(Those are my crutches for today while going through withdrawal symptoms from wheat, dairy, and cocoa products)
Carob and raw sunflower seeds
A few cherries and blueberries
4 dessicated liver tablets
DINNER:
Raw celery
Jalapenos from a jar
Rice cakes (rice is the only ingredient)
Coconut milk
Soy/oat fiber commercial mix with a little chicken broth baked into a soft cracker
Small amount chicken liver
Cooked broccoli and egg yolk,w/rice protein "dumplings" (rice pro is only ingred)
4 dessicated liver tablets to help curb cravings for a short while
Lemon Juice
Raw carrots
Butter
