Food Log for extensive food sensitivities 7/18

Food log

This blog will list what I've eaten each meal, daily, with occasional short explanations of food sensitivities. Comments are welcome. I do not address liver flushes or bowel cleanses, as many attempts at these have not helped me. I will not have a perfect diet for my specific problem foods until some time has gone by, but will gradually eliminate my worst offending foods over time.

LOG FOR TUESDAY JULY 18
I've been off of gluten containing foods for several days already, and today will attempt to begin the elimination of cocoa products.

BREAKFAST:
A little lemon juice in water
Raw bing cherries
Raw corn (I'm NOT a raw foodist, this is just the way breakfast happened to be)
Black coffee (neccessary until I've been off all cocoa products for awhile, I can't eliminate both at the same time)

AM SNACK:
rice cakes (rice is the only ingredient) and butter; a tablespoon cod liver oil

LATE AM SNACK:
handful of raw walnuts and raw cashews
Kelp capsules, spirulina tablets

LUNCH
Soup made of:
homemade chicken broth
mung bean noodles (mung bean is the only ingredient)
olive oil
spices
green vegetables
onion
jalapeno with bit of vinegar
flax seeds
a bit of home cooked beef
a raw egg yolk tossed on top

Homemade nut spread with:
palm oil
raw nuts (no peanuts)

Raw blueberries and raspberries

MID AFTERNOON SNACK:
Potato chips (a crutch that gets me through withdrawal from my allergenic foods)
Hot carob (just carob powder in hot water)

LATE AFTERNOON SNACK:
A few black cherries and a piece of green apple

DINNER:
Salad of lettuce, carrots, a few blueberries, and Annie's dressing (free of my problem foods)

Chicken with a little canned chipotle pepper
A little cooked chard
Cooked pinto beans with home dressing

END OF FOOD FOR TODAY (whew, made it)
