Took it twice yersterday and only once this morning. I wanted to take the morning urine because it contains more nutrients etc... I should get a massage before supper because I know it would give me energy. I still went for a little walk outside barefoot, on the lawn around the house, did some reading and lots of clouds gazing. This is very relaxing. I always do breathing exercises too because the body needs lots of oxygen. We are lucky we live among trees which gives us good air to breathe.
How do you spell relief? e-n-e-m-a ! I usually did the enema in the morning not long after I woke up but this morning I waited until noon and I felt a little dizzy and not well at all (hard to describe). After I did the enema, I could see the difference right away. The dizziness was gone and felt better.
I know I should take the therapy tomorrow morning at least to have the energy to make myself food or maybe instead I will have a massage with fresh urine this time. The flesh is a big organ that absorbs everything we put on it (including the chemicals). But I had said to myself that there would be no therapy tomorrow. Only nourishing food.
Although it was not my main purpose, I lost 13 pounds up to now. I like it. I feel a lot better in my clothes. I will try to keep it low with more nutritious foods and exercises.
I know the cleansing is not over. My tongue is still white and I am not hungry at all. I still feel that stuffiness around the liver. I will be more careful with bad fats etc after the fast.
The urine fast is really easy in a way. If you drink all you pass (the hardest part for me) and do the massages and enemas every day you should be able to be active. But still with a lot of rest to give your body the cahnce to clean...
Tune in for tomorrow's report.
