2nd preparation day - UT fasting
Preparing myself mentally, physically. Drinking more urine.

Ate sprouts which I think are the healthiest as each little sprouted grain contains what the mature plant would hold as far as nutrients goes (for more info: http://www.healingdaily.com/detoxification-diet/sprouts.htm ) . They say (authors) the grain or bean is multiplied by 5000 times its worth in nutirents when it has sprouted (lot better than the supplements we buy). I also ate some fresh fruits and a few nuts. Those raw foods gives you the enzymes that are destroyed in cooked food. For supper I had a corn and potato soup made from vegetable milk. I ate a piece of wholewheat bread with garlic butter. I did not eat much, but drank more urine. I did not feel hungry all day. It was very hot and I sweat a lot so the urine was more concentrated than it is usually during the day. I will drink more water on the third day.
I could already feel my mood changing as I eat better and I am looking forward to the cleanse. I started cleaning my computer desk with lots of enthusiasm. I went to buy an enema bag (http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/P/B0002FP4AE.01-A2YHTQDZ7CUOF8._SCMZZZZZZ...) . They say we should get our own bag to keep the bacterias from others. At night I read an article on fasting which was very interesting. I learned a few things and it helps me to prepare mentally. One of the symptoms that says the fast is complete is when your tongue becomes pink or if you feel 'really hungry' after having a few days not feeling hungry. I intend to follow my instincts and don't intend to go over 7 days for the first time with this fast. I'd rather come back later for another one.
I also broke a tooth (already repaired) and have to go to the dentist so I will take another half day preparation because I don't want to go at the dentist office on an emppty stomach and take the chance of fainting. So instead of two day preparation, I will have almost 3 days preparation, but this is even better. Authors say we can take as many days to prepare than we intend to fast, cutting on animal products first and adding raw vegetarian food to the diet. This way the body starts detoxifying before the actual fast and makes the fast easier. In the case of a urine fast, you also have better ingredients to recycle.
I prefer writing in the morning, so I will come back tomorow morning to make a resume of my third preparation day # 3. The actual fast starts after the dentists visit at 4h30.
