1st preparation day - UT fasting
Eating less and more nutritious foods. Putting urine aside for enemas and massages during the fast.

Heaven could not be much better. I was on cloud nine for two weeks with no special events (except the fast) to trigger that mood. I also had lots of energy during and after the fast. I tried the MC a second time, but this time my body wouldn't hold the salt & water required to expell the toxins and the optionnal laxative tea was not enough for me. So this year I decided to do the unimaginable: UT fasting and water. I am now relatively in good health for my age (you can read my testimonial at : http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=109&i=1872 ) but a good cleaning is always beneficial and I hope to get that spiritual high again. I also I like the experimental aspect of going through that kind of fast.
Today I am preparing myself for the urine and water fast. My perspective have changed completely since I first read about it two years ago. I believe the urine and water fast to be the easiest and most beneficial, urine being a blood's by-product and working in rebuilding tissues etc. Plus if you prepare yourself well, you will be recycling all those nutrients, that should make it easier than fasting on water alone.
I intend to take two days preparation; good nutrition, mostly veggies, fresh fruits and bean sprouts, nuts. I began putting aside urine for enemas (I intend to have one per day) and for massages (also one per day). I am used to taking a glass of urine in the morning and one at night on a regular basis, but today I will add a third one before supper (one hour before) to get into the fast smoothly. Tomorrow, I will keep on preparing myself with nutritious vegetarian food and will add another glass or two of urine. I would like to fast for at least 7 days but I am open to changes along the way. At least I want to do more than three days which are the hardest. I will start on wednesday the 19th and will keep you posted.
