Doing well but still that little discusted feeling around the stomach and the liver

Not euphoric but my energy is quite good and I always feel like there is a pressure around the liver. Evacuating some bile yesterday helped a lot though. I know I am not fully desintoxicated yet. They say (authors) when you are desintoxicated you feel very hungry and the tongue becomes pink. I don't think I will wait for those symptoms this time to stop the fast but I know the fast will help anyway. I thought on starting eating on wednesday. I will start with a gooooood orange juice (pressed from real oranges) and later on a soup with organic chicken broth and brown rice. I will surely watch closely what I eat after the fast.
It is true the urine fast is easier. The urine is a laxative and I have approx. 3 bowel mouvements a day. Plus with the enemas it clears the intestines completely. You can feel awful when toxins are stuck in your body and there is no way out. Also the massages with old urine helps a lot. I felt just a little dizzy this morning and after the massage I felt OK. I also did some breathing exercises that gets more oxygen in your body and gives you energy. Needless to say taking UT all day helps a lot with the energy. I never did a water fast but from what I heard (sister, friends) it would be a lot more difficult.
One reason I will stop wednesday is that I have some chores waiting and also being the first time on a UT fast, I have still taboos deep down and I have problems taking it all day even though I really believe in it. I can see the difference in the energy after I have some. I will get accostumed to it and the next time I do another fast I will wait for the symptoms telling me the fast is over. Even though I am careful not to disturb the family with it, there are still inconveniences.
I sleep very well, 9 hours last night. With all that melantonin I feel very relaxed and don't like to rush. Tomorrow my hubby and my daughter are gone for two days so it will be easier with the enema, the massages as I don't like to disturb the family with the fast. Next time my hubby wants to join me.
