Pre-Fast Day 5
Life is so pure like this
Date: 6/28/2006 4:50:55 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2273 times I have a confession, today I ate a Twix chocolate bar. Only had one single stick though. I had a craving for sugar and I wasn't strong enough. I will not do that again for a long time though, I must not venture back on to those eating habbits, especially before a fast.
Ok well today I had the following to eat/drink today:
Morning:
8am:
1 Orange
Afternoon:
1:30pm:
Sea Bass, Greens / Peppers and Dressing. Served with Brown rice. Banana as well
1x Yogi tea.
Evening:
6:pm
Sea Trout with my own stir fry. Contained: Ginger, Garlic, Green/Yellow Peppers, Asparagus, Greens, Chili Pepper, Courgette, and Bean sprouts. Fryed in Olive oil with some sea salt and a touch of black pepper. Soy sauce to add a twist, this was absolutely lovely with Sea Trout and Potatoes.
1x Beackon of Juice (Pear, Apple, Orange, Cellery, Lemon and Ginger)
Felt tired after cooking and eating, I been driving a lot lately to and from work and also working like mad. Had a nap at about 8pm to clear my mind.
My legs, feet, and back have been sore lately I think it's the new diet... a sign of detoxing maybe? I had a slight headache today also.
I am working towards the Juice fast now, I might start it on Saturday, or monday... I want to eat all the lovely food I bought first ;)
Also I have become semi-vegetarian... I am only eating fish lately, and it's suiting me fine.
What I need to do these next coming days:
Up intake of Juice, and Cayenne pepper.
Get walking more, I wanna do a few miles a day... unfortunately I dont get time cause of work!
Oh well time to watch a film and make some Yogi tea
