Pre-Fast goals
I am what I eat, now it's time to change.
Date: 6/23/2006 6:52:52 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2819 times It’s quite extraordinary what I eat throughout a typical week, my diet is jam packed with unhealthy foods, but also a mixture of good un-refined vegetables and fruit, fiber and carbohydrates.
Tea, Coffee, Chocolate, Butter, Milk, Eggs, Chicken, Mayonaise, Food Additives, Food colourings, etc.
All these foods are severely bad for me.
They contribute to my Chronic health conditions:
Back Aches, Allergies, Headaches, Eye Sight, Energy Levels, Emotions and Moods, and Ultimately effect my ability to live with Happiness and display my true talent at Work. Ultimately all of these are caused by my Tiredness all the time due to bad diet.
What is the point in being border line health freak and then spoiling it with every other damn bad food?. I am a control freak and I have the power to take over my eating Habits.
I must keep a strict diet at all times; I am going to be severely stubborn to my eating habits from now on.
First Goals:
ELIMINATE MEAT
I eat way too much meat, if shops didn’t provide the resources for meat I would have to endure the killing of Animals. I love Animals, so the question is could I kill an Animal just to eat Meat? Or would I survive on Vegetables and other sources of good food. I am talking about Red meat and poultry mainly here, Fish is not included.
ELIMINATE SWEETS / CHOCOLATE / DAIRY PRODUCTS
Chocolate is my worst enemy, I crave this stuff all the time and cant help eating it. People throw it in my face as well and I find it difficult to refuse. Also dairy products like Milk, Butter, Eggs are really bad.
ELIMINATE SODER DRINKS AND BEER / LAGER
Coke, Squash, Fanta, Pepsi etc… Carling, Stella Fosters.
Changes To my Diet:
First of all I will introduce a simple Concoction to my daily diet to help my energy levels. Sea Salt contains all natural minerals and metals, Lemon is just amazing, so many good things about it. Cayenne.
Energizing Water Concoction:
- Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- Sea Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
This will be mixed with a Glass of Water, and drunk in the morning and before bed every single day of the Year.
Juicing
I will also be making a lot of Juice mixes; I must keep to a simple rule when consuming Juice.
1. Fruit Juice in the morning
2. Vegetable Fruit Juice in the Afternoon
3. Fruit Juice in the evening.
