Pre Fast days 6,7, and 8 15 y
Working towards juice fast now.
Well I am on day 8 of this pre-fast now.
Haven’t had time to post recently cause of my job, and other problems.
I cheated yesterday and had some Toffee and a bit of chocolate. I think my body needed it though, I was feeling so out of sugar.
Still on a pre-fast diet, eating lots of Fish and fresh fruit and veg.
Last 2 days have been feeling great with plenty of energy.
Juicing more now to, I think I will start the Juice fast sometime next week.
Out for a few drinks tonight, I only intend on drinking one or two.

Life is so pure like this
I have a confession, today I ate a Twix chocolate bar. Only had one single stick though. I had a craving for sugar and I wasn’t strong enough. I will not do that again for a long time though, I must not venture back on to those eating habbits, especially before a fast.
Ok well today I had the following to eat/drink today:
Sea Bass, Greens / Peppers and Dressing. Served with Brown rice. Banana as well
1x Yogi tea.

Just a quick post today, I’m late.
Morning: Apple / Orange / Concoction
Afternoon: Salmon / Vegetable Stir Fry / Brown Rice
Evening: Sea Bass / Rice / Greens
Yoggi Detox Tea, Chamonmile Tea
2 Litres of water
Dates, Nuts, Dried Fruit

Prefast - Day 3 15 y
A glorious day filled with really good food.
I’ve decided to wait until Next friday to start the Juice fast. I want to give my body some time to adapt to the changes of erradication of things like Caffeine, Chocolate, Red meat, and other bad foods.
Feeling really good today, I went cycling in the afternoon and that seemed to help my energy levels a lot. Can you say Testostorine? Endorphines? ;)
Picked up a water filter from my local store, so now I am filtering my water as well. I buy mineral / spring water but not all the time because it’s quite expensive. I also believe water should be free.

Confessions, and Nuts
A very sleepy night last night. I slept for about 10 hours, it’s quite amazing how much I sleep after a weeks work. I wanted to get up early though, oh well nevermind.
Me and my dad serviced my car this morning. That was fun and I learnt some basic things about maintaining cars and keeping them in shape ;)
I had my usual morning Concoction of Water and Lemon / Cayenne, yummy.
Then had a bannana and Apple for breakfast.

Wondering with witness.
Yesterday was a good day, just from working up to this new change of lifestyle made me feel great throughout the whole day.
Eating less is probably a good idea for me right now as I have been quite bloated the last few days. I am going to try and just eat 1-2 small meals per day with Juices and concoctions inbetween with plenty of Water.
Heres what I had today:
Fruit Juice (Strawberry, Apple, Orange Lemon and Cayenne)

I am what I eat, now it's time to change.
It’s quite extraordinary what I eat throughout a typical week, my diet is jam packed with unhealthy foods, but also a mixture of good un-refined vegetables and fruit, fiber and carbohydrates.
Tea, Coffee, Chocolate, Butter, Milk, Eggs, Chicken, Mayonaise, Food Additives, Food colourings, etc.
All these foods are severely bad for me.
They contribute to my Chronic health conditions:
