on again/ off again

Busy Busy Busy days....

I quit taking the stuff again this weekend - too much going on, I had an out of town wedding and an all-day birthday party Saturday and Sunday. I wish I could do the cleanse straight through without stopping but it seems like I'm so busy on the weekends lately - next weekend I have a 12-hour jewelry show on Saturday, which actually translates to a 15-16 hour day with drive time (out of town) set up, tear down, and drive back, loading and unloading! Whew! That's not the kind of day you want to do a cleanse!

I have to say I really feel much better on it that off it, though. I need to talk to the herb lady about coming off the cleanse because even though I keep drinking water all day I become immediately constipated - I didn't go all weekend, and that's not good. By this morning I felt terrible and bloated. I don't want to become dependent on the laxative in the cleanse but it seems like I have. I'm not sure what to do about it, the last thing I want to do is keep taking laxatives all my life and I've tried to start incorporating more fruit, vegetables and fiber into my diet so I don't know what else to do.

Any advice?
