Juicing or master cleanse?

All master cleanse today and no juice. I did buy some veggies today though to prepare for the weekend. I really wonder if I should just do a 10 day master cleanse and then juice? I notice incredible results from a few days of mostly master cleanse compared to juice fasting. I kept on wondering what people where talking about when they said their tongue was coated but I found out yesterday. It was really kind of gross. My tongue was covered with plaque. I scraped it off and it was nasty honestly and I hated to see that junk come from my mouth. It was so thick! It would be comparable to no brushing your teeth for over a week I would suppose. How did it appear so fast? Weird is all I can say and I am glad it’s gone! I am glad it was white because I have read where some people get gray on their tongue. That would have made me puke because it almost did anyway. Nasty stuff!

I took an Epsom salt bath with baking soda tonight and then added apple cider vinegar later. I am actually very tired now from it and will probably go to bed soon. I also took my Rozerem pill for my insomnia. I really didn’t need it but I want to make sure I go to sleep soon. I take them about every 3 days and they work somewhat ok for my problem. It beats taking the over the counter pills from walmart that I have been taking for years.

I lost about 10 lbs in my 4 days and know its all water weight, but it does feel good to have all that off right now. I have extreme burst of energy a lot right now and that helps me perform better at work. I still haven't drank alcohol but it has tempted me several times in the last 4 days.

Ok, sorry if I bored you and I will update again this weekend. Food gets really tempting and the little man inside my head says “lets eat because we already fasted for 3-4 days now and we can always go on another one later.” I’m not listening to him right now though because I want this to be as good or better than my 24 days of juice fasting I did in May:)
