Day 2 of 3rd juice fast
Let's see how long this lasts! 3 days maybe:)~
Date: 8/26/2006 1:08:05 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2353 times I have been focusing on my "Today I will not drink!" blog, but 2 days ago I decided to start my 3rd juice fast. So far it's going great and I am able to make huge quanities and take it with me to work, although I think it taste a lot better when it is fresh. I will post like every 3 days or so just to help track my progress. My second fast didn't last very long, and since I'm going to the lake all weekend, I don't know if this will last longer than 3 days. I think everyone wants to have a fish fry and that is going to be hard to refuse. I will figure it out and no worries, I plan to fast a lot for the rest of my life anyway and I'm only 31:)
Oh, by the way guys..... since the end of my last fast guess how much weight I gained back after eating stuff like sonic every night? Let me explain more about how I ate before I tell you. For the last week I have eaten at sonic 5 days in a row and every night I got ice cream and a few nights burgers or chilli dogs. Even before that I ate pretty bad. I did have a good week or two of mostly salads but I have not gained any weight at all. I think by cleaning out my system I have made it more efficient. Maybe my metabolism is working a lot better because I do feel extremely great. As far as the sonic thing, I don't plan to continue eating like that. I knew I was going on a fast and didn't want to miss that stuff. I don't after 2 days even though I am getting really hungry. It's all in the mind and I am glad I know that now. I am a guy also and my metabolism has always been extremely high so don't get discouraged if you can't get similar results. I think that a coffee enema would work wonders but that is gross and I would never do that. Yeah right, I think it has worked wonders for me and I honestly think it has something to do with my system working more efficient. Sonic isn't nice and maybe my cleaned out system is passing it along a little better now.
