Today I got my juicer! Thank God. I was getting tired of master cleanse honestly. Juicing makes me feel good and I don't get hungry like after the master cleanse.

I officially hit 20 lbs of weight loss today also. I can't really tell much, but I know the scale isn't lying. I use 2 scales just to be as accurate as possible. I went from 214 to 194 in 16 days. I think the master cleanse was speeding it up a lot. I went from Friday afternoon until today (Wednesday) without a juicer. I'm kinda glad my old one broke because this new one rocks! I can get a full glass of juice (regular sized... not small, but like 2 1/2 cups) with 3 apples. My other juicer would not do that. I do see that this new one has a hard time on romaine lettuce or any other leaves. It's good enough for me though and it was recommended one of the best for under $100.00. It was a total of 112.00 I think and it's worth it.

I did a before and after picture and then realized something. I didn't take a picture on day 1 when I weighed 214. I took it on day 5 after I already lost 12 lbs, duh! I wish I had a picture of day 1 now. Well in this picture, there is only an 8 lb reduction. Not much difference at all honestly. Here it is...
