Day 7

Noticing the benefits already!

Today has been great! I did a salt water flush this morning when I woke up, but it only made me go 1 time. I think that I need to get the mixture better for my body? I also did my last CE. I know that they can become addictive after 7 days. I mowed my lawn today and then about an hour and a half later, I did something that I haven't done in over 10 years! I went and did fast walking around the park. Each lap is 1 mile. I did 3! I felt like I could go for 5. This amazed me and I even jogged a little back home. The first thing I started noticing is that there was nothing jumping around in my stomach. This made it so easy to run and when I stopped I was just breathing a little deep. This is a fact forsure - This has already made me 10X healthier in only 7 days. I do not run or walk. To do 3 miles of fast walking and then to jog a little after is like a miracle for me. I will definately go ahead and start doing a couple of miles a day over there. I'm lucky cause its right next door to me. My yorkshire terrier ran the whole 3 laps! She only weights about 4 lbs if that. It was funny!

I am so glad I did this fast and it wouldn't have happened without reading all of your guys posts on curezone.com I want to keep going strong, but I think those 3 miles wore me out a bit. I feel extremely tired, but I take that as a bonus since I have a moderate case of insomnia.

I want to go and read more posts now and I hope my journey will help someone that wants to quit alcohol like I do. I slipped on day 5 and drank a lot, but I will keep trying and this fast is so great. I went to the store today and knew I had to mow the yard when I got home and when I mow the lawn I always have to drink. Well today I didn't get beer while I was at the store so its all good! One day at a time really makes sense sometimes.
