I also feel very good today. I think the juice I drank revitalized me. I wonder how long I will go on this fast? I now know I am going to do 30 days. I didn't spend 100.00 on a juicer for it to just sit and collect dust. To think that I was just going to do it for 3 days at first is amazing to me. When 3 days was over, I was like wow, I feel good... I'm going for 7... then I ate that salad, but who cares.. After day 7 I decided I might as well do 10. Now I'm on day 16! It's so cool and I'm glad I made it those 4 days without my juicer. I ended up only drinking half a can of V8 juice I bought in those 4 days. That stuff cannot compare to fresh juice.

20 lbs guys! 20 POUNDS! That is a lot of weight! I am very proud of myself for that.

I stopped weighing myself about 5 days ago because it seemed like I was just sitting on the same weight for 3 days in a row. It was like a surprise when I weighed myself and all those lbs were not there.

I had to take a new-hire drug test today and I was explaining my fast to the nurse and she was very intrested about it and asked a lot of questions about how she could start doing it. Same thing with a guy at GNC. I told him about this site. Funny isn't it? Those 2 people that have all the access on health and nutrition and they don't know about it:)

I better go, I feel good though now and I was almost sleepy earlier. Now I probably won't go to bed. It's like a small celebration for me:) Where is the cake! lol yeah right!
