Days 10 and 11

Work can be demanding on our bodies.

Last 2 days have been good. Today I started working again and felt great. After working about 8 hours I did start getting tired and it may have to do- with only having 2 servings of juice all day. I am going to up my content on the juice now that I'm working again in the heat.

Tonight I took my first dose of parastroy. I hope that goes well. Those pills are strong. I could smell them when I opened the bottle and I'm burping the weird herbs up. I am sure they are going to do a good job!

Tonight is Friday night and I am glad I'm not drinking tonight. Friday nights are always one of my favorite times to drink. I did have an urge earlier, but I drank some juice and its pretty much gone.

I am really concerned about fasting while working. I want to really watch what my body tells me because my job can be very demanding at times. Other than that, this will be a great weekend I'm sure!
