Pyrolysis!
Destruction by fire. I need to be burned down to a crisp and start again fresh.
Will spirit hover over my ashes?
Date: 5/15/2006 9:02:22 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1938 times Just to share with you that after "studying the situation" (i.e., the mirror), I am switching today to an autolysis fast. When I look at the fat all over my face, I thought "pyrolysis is what is needed" - pyrolysis means destruction by fire and hence is a word for "cooking", but in the case of fat we naturally feels it has to be "burned up" in a furnace of intensity, intense dedication and application and intent. And we feel that with anything less, the fat will always be us, always have taken us over, snatched us and our hearts and souls and innocent nice looks beneath. You just feel anything less won't do it.
Anyway, that is how I feel this morning as I look at this situation. Burn it out. Let it burn up in its own evil energy.
They say that juice fasting does not really provide autolysis, the eating-up of the diseased bits, the damaged tissues, the acids, wastes and toxins, the lumps, spots, moles and bumps and jowls, and that strict fasting does. Well, I need a complete overhaul. But is it really true? Fasting has never in any way seemed to do any autolysis for me. How long does it take for some - weeks, like more than 3?
So I'll just do some urine and AFA today, maybe some grass, but to keep in ketosis I can't have much. It takes 3 days of that sort of eating to kick into ketosis, so technically I am now back on day one, but I will still say I'm on Day 4, and on day one of ketosis fasting.
This fast might go deeper, but it's not as though things'll noticably pick up - if it's deeper, I won't be able to tell it is. This I know from experience. It's a big pain, by the way, that I have enormous pressures this month, including a huge move!
Bye for now, kids.
