Extreme Fun - Day 21
The prescription from the Goddess is: ADD MORE FUN!

I'm very happy to report that I'm down 18 pounds! This is highly encouraging! I have 16 more lbs. to go to achieve my 1st level goal, and another 50 after that to achieve my envisioned outer goddess form.
I am on the ultimate fast, which is my version of the master cleanse (my recipe is customized for me), plus bowel cleansing to remove plaque (herbs, psyllium and bentonite), plus parasite cleansing. Although I have had a couple of healing crisis---fever and food poisoning-like symptoms---they pass fairly quickly (in 1-2 hours). I just have to flush with a LOT of extra water, and then I'm fine.
In order to stay super motivated to stay on my ultimate fast, I have been designing a super FUN summer. First event, a 4-day hot springs Fasting Retreat in Arizona coming up in 3 weeks, then Enlightened Warrior Camp in mid-July, followed by 10 days in Maui at the end of July, and a 4-day Grandmother Wisdom (gathering of the elders) on Catalina Island at the end of summer. Throw in a couple of local events such as the Topanga Days festival this weekend and Tehachapi Mountain festival in August. Perhaps a sweat lodge or two. Beach time here in beautiful San Diego. Then add a few trips with my 12 year-old-son to Sea World (I have an annual pass), Disneyland, and various roller coasters, and I think I have constructed a solidly fun summer!
What if "all that ails me" is merely the indication of a severe fun deficiency?
What if the doctors of the future gave us a diagnosis based on a Minimum Daily Requirement of FUN?
What if FUN is a secret healing power of magnificient proportions, containing within it's energy love, forgiveness, release, joy, living in the moment, and acceptance?
What if the obstacles and blockages to fun is a lack of forgiveness to self and others?
What if the child-like receiving of FUN into every cell is the necessary position to enjoy the state of grace that makes life a magical journey?
Surely we have all seen people who have traveled to a fun place, yet by the look on their faces are clearly NOT having fun. Perhaps this is because they are (in their minds) in the past or future, and have not given themselves permission to enjoy the FUN that the NOW moment presents.
So, if any of you want to experiment with the idea that adding large, heaping portions of FUN to your life---whatever that means to you---may ease the conditions that resisted other treatments, I welcome you to the path of the FUN WAY.
